I will throw you on the land and hurl you on the open field. I will let all the birds of the sky settle on you and all the animals of the wild gorge themselves on you.I will spread your flesh on the mountains and fill the valleys with your remains.I will drench the land with your flowing blood all the way to the mountains, and the ravines will be filled with your flesh.

But you are cast out of your tomb like a rejected branch; you are covered with the slain, with those pierced by the sword, those who descend to the stones of the pit. Like a corpse trampled underfoot,

For the Lord has a sacrifice in Bozrah and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.And the wild oxen will fall with them, the bull calves and the great bulls. Their land will be drenched with blood, and the dust will be soaked with fat.

Come, all you beasts of the field, come and devour, all you beasts of the forest!

“ I will send four kinds of destroyers against them,” declares the Lord,“ the sword to kill and the dogs to drag away and the birds and the wild animals to devour and destroy.
