耶和華向這城呼叫，智慧人必敬畏他的名。你們當聽是誰派定刑杖的懲罰。

地啊，地啊，地啊，當聽耶和華的話！

城中若吹角，百姓豈不驚恐呢？災禍若臨到一城，豈非耶和華所降的嗎？主耶和華若不將奧祕指示他的僕人－眾先知，就一無所行。獅子吼叫，誰不懼怕呢？主耶和華發命，誰能不說預言呢？

天哪，要聽！地啊，側耳而聽！因為耶和華說：我養育兒女，將他們養大，他們竟悖逆我。

山間有多人的聲音，好像是大國人民。有許多國的民聚集鬨嚷的聲音；這是萬軍之耶和華點齊軍隊，預備打仗。

耶和華必顯現在他們以上；他的箭必射出像閃電。主耶和華必吹角，乘南方的旋風而行。

大能者神－耶和華已經發言招呼天下，從日出之地到日落之處。

山嶺和地永久的根基啊，要聽耶和華爭辯的話！因為耶和華要與他的百姓爭辯，與以色列爭論。
