要在光秃的山顶上竖立旗帜，向战士高呼，挥手示意他们进攻贵族居住的城。

那时，耶和华的哨声一响，埃及的大军必像苍蝇一样从遥远的尼罗河飞扑而来，亚述的人马必如黄蜂一样蜂拥而至，

有耳朵的，都应当听。”

万民啊，你们要听！世人啊，不论贵贱贫富，都要留心听！

耶和华在向耶路撒冷呼喊，智者必敬畏祂的名。祂说：“聚在城里的众人啊，你们要听！

大地啊，大地啊，大地啊，要听耶和华的话！

若城中响起号角，居民岂不恐惧颤抖？若灾祸降临城中，岂不是耶和华的作为？的确，主耶和华不向祂的仆人——众先知显明祂的计划，就不会采取任何行动。狮子吼叫，谁不惧怕呢？主耶和华已发言，谁能不传讲呢？

诸天啊，请听！大地啊，要侧耳听！耶和华说：“我把孩子抚育成人，他们竟然背叛我。

听啊，山上人声鼎沸，像是大军的声音。那是列邦列国聚集呐喊的声音。万军之耶和华正在召集军队，准备作战。

耶和华必在他们上面显现，祂的箭如闪电射出。主耶和华必吹响号角，乘南方的暴风而来。

从日出之地到日落之处，大能的上帝耶和华召唤世人。

群山啊，大地永固的根基啊，你们要听耶和华的控告！因为耶和华要控告祂的子民，责备以色列人。
