看啊，列国喧嚣，如怒海汹涌；万民骚动，如洪水滔滔。

唉！许多民族在喧哗，他们喧嚷好像海浪澎湃；列国在咆哮，他们吼叫，好像洪水奔流。

啊！万民的咆哮，他们咆哮好像海洋的咆哮！万族的喧嚷，他们喧嚷好像洪水的喧嚷！

唉！多民鬨嚷，好像海浪匉訇；列邦奔騰，好像猛水滔滔；

看啊，列國喧囂，如怒海洶湧；萬民騷動，如洪水滔滔。

唉！許多民族在喧嘩，他們喧嚷好像海浪澎湃；列國在咆哮，他們吼叫，好像洪水奔流。

啊，許多外族之民的喧嘩！他們喧嘩，正如諸水之喧嘩；啊，外國之民的怒號！他們的怒號，就像眾水之怒號。

啊！萬民的咆哮，他們咆哮好像海洋的咆哮！萬族的喧嚷，他們喧嚷好像洪水的喧嚷！

噫、眾民喧譁、若海濤之漰渤、列邦衝突、若大水之奔騰、

我聞異邦之眾、譁然若海濤漰渤、威聲遠振、惟上帝咤叱之、使彼逃遁、猶之秕糠、為颶風所飄揚、猶之草芥、為狂飆所吹散、

噫、諸國號呼、如海洋震盪、列邦諠譁、如大水澎湃、

Woe to the many nations that rage— they rage like the raging sea! Woe to the peoples who roar— they roar like the roaring of great waters!

How terrible it will be for the nations that attack us! The noise of their armies is like the sound of the ocean. How terrible it will be for the nations who fight against us! They are as loud as huge waves crashing on the shore.

Ah, the thunder of many peoples; they thunder like the thundering of the sea! Ah, the roar of nations; they roar like the roaring of mighty waters!

Listen! The armies of many nations roar like the roaring of the sea. Hear the thunder of the mighty forces as they rush forward like thundering waves.

Ah! The roar of many peoples— they roar like the roaring of the seas. The raging of the nations— they rage like the rumble of rushing water.

Oh, the uproar of many peoples Who roar like the roaring of the seas, And the rumbling of nations Who rush on like the rumbling of mighty waters!

Woe to the multitude of many people Who make a noise like the roar of the seas, And to the rushing of nations That make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, that roar like the roaring of the seas; and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

Ah! The roar of many peoples— they roar like the roaring of the seas. The raging of the nations— they rage like the raging of mighty waters.

Woe to the multitude of many people,[ which] make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations,[ that] make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

The many nations massing together are as good as dead, those who make a commotion as loud as the roaring of the sea’s waves. The people making such an uproar are as good as dead, those who make an uproar as loud as the roaring of powerful waves.

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, who roar like the roaring of the seas; and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

死亡的绳索勒住我，毁灭的急流惊吓我，

“日月星辰要显出预兆，地上的邦国也有困苦，因海中波浪的响声而惶惶不安。

他们拿弓和枪，性情残忍，不施怜悯；他们的声音如海浪澎湃。锡安哪，他们都骑马，如上战场的人摆阵攻击你。”

看哪，以色列上帝的荣光从东而来，他的声音如同众水的响声，地因他的荣耀发光。

拿着七个碗的七位天使中，有一位前来对我说：“来，我要让你看那坐在众水之上的大淫妇所要受的惩罚；

天使又对我说：“你所看见那淫妇坐的众水，就是许多民族、人民、邦国、语言。

战士在战乱中所穿的靴子，以及那滚在血中的衣服，都必当作柴火燃烧。

我以公平为准绳，以公义为铅垂线；冰雹必冲去谎言的避难所，大水必漫过藏身之处。

你既以大能束腰，就用力量安定诸山，使诸海的响声和其中波浪的响声，并万民的喧哗，都平静了。

他必竖立大旗，召集远方的国民，把他们从地极叫来。看哪，他们必急速奔来，其中没有疲倦的，绊跌的；没有打盹的，睡觉的；腰带并不放松，鞋带也不拉断。他们的箭锐利，弓也上了弦；马蹄如坚石，车轮像旋风。他们要吼叫，像母狮，咆哮，像少壮狮子；他们要咆哮，抓取猎物，稳稳叼走，无人能救回。那日，他们要向以色列人咆哮，像海浪澎湃；人若望地，看哪，只有黑暗与祸患，光明因密云而变黑暗。

上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。所以，地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，其中的水虽澎湃翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）

耶和华啊，大水扬起，大水发声，大水澎湃。耶和华在高处大有威力，胜过诸水的响声，洋海的大浪。

耶和华的声音在众水上，荣耀的上帝打雷；耶和华打雷在大水之上。

因此，看哪，主必使亚述王和他的威势如大河翻腾汹涌的水上涨，盖过他们，必上涨超过一切水道，涨过两岸，必冲入犹大，涨溢泛滥，直到颈项。他展开翅膀，遮蔽你的全地。以马内利啊！”
