though on the day you set them out, you make them grow, and on the morning when you plant them, you bring them to bud, yet the harvest will be as nothing in the day of disease and incurable pain.

The plants might start to grow on the day you set them out. The vines might begin to bud on the morning you plant them. But even if they do, there won’t be any harvest. Instead, there will be sickness and pain that won’t go away.

though you make them grow on the day that you plant them, and make them blossom in the morning that you sow, yet the harvest will flee away in a day of grief and incurable pain.

They may sprout on the day you set them out; yes, they may blossom on the very morning you plant them, but you will never pick any grapes from them. Your only harvest will be a load of grief and unrelieved pain.

據我看，耕奸惡種毒害的都必照樣收割。

因為在收割以前、花苞放完，花果結成了將熟的葡萄時，他就用鐮刀削去顫動的嫩枝，砍除蔓延的枝條。這些必都一概撇給山間的鷙鳥和地上的野獸；鷙鳥必喫它來度過夏天，地上所有的野獸必喫它來過冬天。

就是神言人們以虛假傳神言，祭司們仗着他們的手法來掌權柄；我的人民竟喜愛這樣；到了結局、你們要怎樣行呢？

早晨萌了芽而發旺，晚上就凋萎枯乾了。

以色列啊，不要歡喜！不要快樂像列族之民哦！因為你行了淫離棄你的上帝，在各穀場上如妓女喜愛淫資。穀場和酒池不能餵養他們，新酒之供應也必使他們失望。他們必不得住永恆主之地；以法蓮必回埃及去，必在亞述喫不潔淨之物。他們必不得向永恆主奠酒，也不得向他獻祭。他們的食物必如居喪者的食物；凡喫了的必致玷污自己，因為他們的食物只為自己的口腹，必不得進永恆主的殿。

對於營私爭勝、硬不順服真理、反而順服不義的人呢、是上帝公義的震怒。又有苦難困迫、加給一切厲行惡事的血氣人，先猶太人，而後希利尼人；

以法蓮受擊打，他們的根枯乾了，果子結不了啦；就使生產了，我也必殺死他們所愛的胎兒。

你們要為自己播種義氣，要收割忠愛之果子，要耙鬆你們的休耕地；因為現在正是尋永恆主的時候，等他臨到，下義氣之雨在你們身上。你們耕種的是邪惡，收割的是橫暴，喫的是謊話之果子；因為你倚靠你的戰車，你仰賴你勇士之眾多，因此在你眾族人中必起了鬨嚷，你一切有堡壘的城必被毁壞，就如沙勒幔在爭戰的日子毁壞伯亞比勒，有做母親的跟兒女一同被摔死那樣。這樣、以色列家啊，因你們之罪大惡極，你們也必受到這樣的遭遇；在風暴中、以色列的王必全然被剪除。

然而你竟依順你的剛愎和不悔改的心、為自己積聚着上帝的義怒、於上帝義怒的日子，就是上帝公義的刑罰顯示出來的日子；

醉漢哪，醒過來，哭吧！一切好喝醉的人哪，哀號哦！為甜酒而哀號！因為酒從你們口中斷絕了。因為有蝗蟲像整國之民上來、襲擊我的地，又強盛、又無數；牠的牙齒如獅子的牙齒，牠簡直有母獅的大牙哦。牠蹧蹋了我的葡萄樹，把我的無花果樹都扯成碎片，剝盡淨光而棄置着；其枝藤都露白了。哀哦，像處女腰束麻布哦，為年少時的未婚夫哀號哦。素祭奠祭都從永恆主殿中斷絕了；伺候永恆主的祭司都悲哀着。田野毁壞，土地悲哀；因為五穀毁壞，新酒池令人失望，新油衰萎不繼。耕地的人很失望，修理葡萄園的哀號着，為了大麥小麥而悲哀；因為田間的莊稼都壞掉了。葡萄樹令人失望，無花果樹衰萎凋殘；石榴樹、及棕樹、蘋果樹、田野所有的樹木都枯乾了：唉，歡躍之樂也令人失望而不在人間了。

因此主永恆主這麼說：『看吧，我的僕人必有的喫，但你們呢，卻要饑餓；看吧，我的僕人必有的喝，但你們呢，卻要乾渴；看吧，我的僕人必歡喜，但你們呢，卻要蒙羞；看吧，我的僕人必因心裏高興而歡呼，但你們呢，卻要因心裏傷痛而哀叫，因心靈破碎而哀號。

我告訴你們，從東從西、必有許多人要來，跟亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席在天國裏；而本國的子民竟被趕到外邊黑暗裏去；在那裏必有哀哭和切齒。』

別自己錯誤了；上帝是嗤慢不得的。人無論種甚麼，也必收成甚麼。為肉體撒種的、必從肉體收成敗壞；為靈撒種的、必從靈收成永生。
