你必題這詩歌論巴比倫王說：欺壓人的何竟熄滅？強暴的何竟止息？

你們必踐踏惡人；在我所定的日子，他們必如灰塵在你們腳掌之下。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

卻忘記鋪張諸天、立定地基、創造你的耶和華？又因欺壓者圖謀毀滅要發的暴怒，整天害怕，其實那欺壓者的暴怒在哪裏呢？

因為他們所負的重軛和肩頭上的杖，並欺壓他們人的棍，你都已經折斷，好像在米甸的日子一樣。

他們要倒在刀下，又被擄到各國去。耶路撒冷要被外邦人踐踏，直到外邦人的日期滿了。」

住在底本的民哪，要從你榮耀的位上下來，坐受乾渴；因毀滅摩押的上來攻擊你，毀壞了你的保障。

「困苦窮乏的雇工，無論是你的弟兄或是在你城裏寄居的，你不可欺負他。

因為寧林的水成為乾涸，青草枯乾，嫩草滅沒，青綠之物，一無所有。

「若有奴僕脫了主人的手，逃到你那裏，你不可將他交付他的主人。他必在你那裏與你同住，在你的城邑中，要由他選擇一個所喜悅的地方居住；你不可欺負他。

禍哉！你這毀滅人的，自己倒不被毀滅；行事詭詐的，人倒不以詭詐待你。你毀滅罷休了，自己必被毀滅；你行完了詭詐，人必以詭詐待你。

耶和華的手必按在這山上；摩押人在所居之地必被踐踏，好像乾草被踐踏在糞池的水中。

大衛家啊，耶和華如此說：你們每早晨要施行公平，拯救被搶奪的脫離欺壓人的手，恐怕我的忿怒因你們的惡行發作，如火着起，甚至無人能以熄滅。

只是殿外的院子要留下不用量，因為這是給了外邦人的；他們要踐踏聖城四十二個月。

行毀滅的必來到各城，並無一城得免。山谷必致敗落，平原必被毀壞；正如耶和華所說的。

他們必如勇士在陣上將仇敵踐踏在街上的泥土中。他們必爭戰，因為耶和華與他們同在；騎馬的也必羞愧。

賜平安的神快要將撒但踐踏在你們腳下。願我主耶穌基督的恩常和你們同在！

我必在我家的四圍安營，使敵軍不得任意往來，暴虐的人也不再經過，因為我親眼看顧我的家。
