For the Lord of hosts has purposed, And who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, And who will turn it back?”

万军之耶和华既然定意，谁能废弃呢？他的手已经伸出，谁能转回呢？

因为万军之耶和华决定的事，谁能阻拦呢？他的手伸了出来，谁能使他收回呢？

要知道，万军之耶和华已经策划了，有谁能破坏呢？他的手已经伸出了，有谁能使其收回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能廢棄呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能轉回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

因為萬軍之耶和華決定的事，誰能阻攔呢？他的手伸了出來，誰能使他收回呢？

因為萬軍之永恆主定了旨意，誰能廢棄呢？他的手伸了出來，誰能使它縮回呢？

要知道，萬軍之耶和華已經策劃了，有誰能破壞呢？他的手已經伸出了，有誰能使其收回呢？

萬軍之耶和華、既定其旨、誰能廢之、既伸厥手、誰能挽之、○

我萬有之主耶和華命之、誰得廢之、行之、孰能禦之。

萬有之主既定其謀、誰能廢之、既行其罰、孰能禦之、○

For the Lord Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?

The Lord who rules over all has planned it. Who can stop him? He has reached out his powerful hand. Who can keep him from using it?

For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?”

The LORD of Armies himself has planned it; therefore, who can stand in its way? It is his hand that is outstretched, so who can turn it back?

For the Lord of armies has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched out hand, who can turn it back?”

For Jehovah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall annul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

The Lord of Hosts Himself has planned it; therefore, who can stand in its way? It is His hand that is outstretched, so who can turn it back?

For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul[ it]? and his hand[ is] stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Indeed, the LORD who commands armies has a plan, and who can possibly frustrate it? His hand is ready to strike, and who can possibly stop it?

For Yahweh of Armies has planned, and who can stop it? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”

Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is no one who can deliver out of My hand; I work, and who will reverse it?”

and said:“ O Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You?

“ But He is unique, and who can make Him change? And whatever His soul desires, that He does.

If He takes away, who can hinder Him? Who can say to Him,‘ What are You doing?’

There is no wisdom or understanding Or counsel against the Lord.

Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it.

For this shall the earth mourn, And the heavens above be black, Because I have spoken. I have purposed and will not relent, Nor will I turn back from it.

While the word was still in the king’s mouth, a voice fell from heaven:“ King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is spoken: the kingdom has departed from you!And they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. They shall make you eat grass like oxen; and seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses.”That very hour the word was fulfilled concerning Nebuchadnezzar; he was driven from men and ate grass like oxen; his body was wet with the dew of heaven till his hair had grown like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws.And at the end of the time I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me; and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever: For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, And His kingdom is from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of the earth. No one can restrain His hand Or say to Him,“ What have You done?”

There are many plans in a man’s heart, Nevertheless the LORD’s counsel— that will stand.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

The Lord of hosts has purposed it, To bring to dishonor the pride of all glory, To bring into contempt all the honorable of the earth.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.

“ Would you indeed annul My judgment? Would you condemn Me that you may be justified?

The Syrians before and the Philistines behind; And they shall devour Israel with an open mouth. For all this His anger is not turned away, But His hand is stretched out still.

The word which Jeremiah the prophet commanded Seraiah the son of Neriah, the son of Mahseiah, when he went with Zedekiah the king of Judah to Babylon in the fourth year of his reign. And Seraiah was the quartermaster.
