For the Lord of armies has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched out hand, who can turn it back?”

万军之耶和华既然定意，谁能废弃呢？他的手已经伸出，谁能转回呢？

万军之耶和华定了计划，谁能阻挠呢？祂的手已经伸出，谁能叫祂收回呢？

因为万军之耶和华决定的事，谁能阻拦呢？他的手伸了出来，谁能使他收回呢？

要知道，万军之耶和华已经策划了，有谁能破坏呢？他的手已经伸出了，有谁能使其收回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能廢棄呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能轉回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

萬軍之耶和華定了計劃，誰能阻撓呢？祂的手已經伸出，誰能叫祂收回呢？

因為萬軍之耶和華決定的事，誰能阻攔呢？他的手伸了出來，誰能使他收回呢？

因為萬軍之永恆主定了旨意，誰能廢棄呢？他的手伸了出來，誰能使它縮回呢？

要知道，萬軍之耶和華已經策劃了，有誰能破壞呢？他的手已經伸出了，有誰能使其收回呢？

萬軍之耶和華、既定其旨、誰能廢之、既伸厥手、誰能挽之、○

我萬有之主耶和華命之、誰得廢之、行之、孰能禦之。

萬有之主既定其謀、誰能廢之、既行其罰、孰能禦之、○

For the Lord Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?

The Lord who rules over all has planned it. Who can stop him? He has reached out his powerful hand. Who can keep him from using it?

For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?”

The LORD of Armies himself has planned it; therefore, who can stand in its way? It is his hand that is outstretched, so who can turn it back?

For the Lord of hosts has purposed, And who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, And who will turn it back?”

For Jehovah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall annul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

The Lord of Hosts Himself has planned it; therefore, who can stand in its way? It is His hand that is outstretched, so who can turn it back?

For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul[ it]? and his hand[ is] stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Indeed, the LORD who commands armies has a plan, and who can possibly frustrate it? His hand is ready to strike, and who can possibly stop it?

For Yahweh of Armies has planned, and who can stop it? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”

Even from eternity I am He, And there is no one who can rescue from My hand; I act, and who can reverse it?”

and he said,“ Lord, God of our fathers, are You not God in the heavens? And are You not ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in Your hand so that no one can stand against You.

But He is unique, and who can make Him turn? Whatever His soul desires, He does it.

If He were to snatch away, who could restrain Him? Who could say to Him,‘ What are You doing?’

There is no wisdom, no understanding, And no plan against the Lord.

Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a distant country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, I will certainly do it.

For this the earth will mourn, And the heavens above will become dark, Because I have spoken, I have purposed, And I have not changed My mind, nor will I turn from it.”

While the word was still in the king’s mouth, a voice came from heaven, saying,‘ King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is declared: sovereignty has been removed from you,and you will be driven away from mankind, and your dwelling place will be with the animals of the field. You will be given grass to eat like cattle, and seven periods of time will pass over you until you recognize that the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind and bestows it on whomever He wishes.’Immediately the word concerning Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled; and he was driven away from mankind and began eating grass like cattle, and his body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair had grown like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws.“ But at the end of that period, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever; For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, And His kingdom endures from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are of no account, But He does according to His will among the army of heaven And among the inhabitants of earth; And no one can fend off His hand Or say to Him,‘ What have You done?’

Many plans are in a person’s heart, But the advice of the Lord will stand.

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

The Lord of armies has planned it, to defile the pride of all beauty, To despise all the honored of the earth.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

The plan of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation.

Will you really nullify My judgment? Will you condemn Me so that you may be justified?

The Arameans from the east and the Philistines from the west; And they devour Israel with gaping jaws. In spite of all this, His anger does not turn away, And His hand is still stretched out.

The command that Jeremiah the prophet gave Seraiah the son of Neriah, the grandson of Mahseiah, when he went with Zedekiah the king of Judah to Babylon in the fourth year of his reign.( And Seraiah was quartermaster.)
