The LORD of Armies himself has planned it; therefore, who can stand in its way? It is his hand that is outstretched, so who can turn it back?

万军之耶和华既然定意，谁能废弃呢？他的手已经伸出，谁能转回呢？

万军之耶和华定了计划，谁能阻挠呢？祂的手已经伸出，谁能叫祂收回呢？

因为万军之耶和华决定的事，谁能阻拦呢？他的手伸了出来，谁能使他收回呢？

要知道，万军之耶和华已经策划了，有谁能破坏呢？他的手已经伸出了，有谁能使其收回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能廢棄呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能轉回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

萬軍之耶和華既然定意，誰能阻撓呢？他的手已經伸出，誰能使它縮回呢？

萬軍之耶和華定了計劃，誰能阻撓呢？祂的手已經伸出，誰能叫祂收回呢？

因為萬軍之耶和華決定的事，誰能阻攔呢？他的手伸了出來，誰能使他收回呢？

因為萬軍之永恆主定了旨意，誰能廢棄呢？他的手伸了出來，誰能使它縮回呢？

要知道，萬軍之耶和華已經策劃了，有誰能破壞呢？他的手已經伸出了，有誰能使其收回呢？

萬軍之耶和華、既定其旨、誰能廢之、既伸厥手、誰能挽之、○

我萬有之主耶和華命之、誰得廢之、行之、孰能禦之。

萬有之主既定其謀、誰能廢之、既行其罰、孰能禦之、○

For the Lord Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?

The Lord who rules over all has planned it. Who can stop him? He has reached out his powerful hand. Who can keep him from using it?

For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?”

For the Lord of armies has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched out hand, who can turn it back?”

For the Lord of hosts has purposed, And who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, And who will turn it back?”

For Jehovah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall annul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

The Lord of Hosts Himself has planned it; therefore, who can stand in its way? It is His hand that is outstretched, so who can turn it back?

For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul[ it]? and his hand[ is] stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Indeed, the LORD who commands armies has a plan, and who can possibly frustrate it? His hand is ready to strike, and who can possibly stop it?

For Yahweh of Armies has planned, and who can stop it? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”

Also, from today on I am he alone, and none can rescue from my power. I act, and who can reverse it?”

He said: LORD, God of our ancestors, are you not the God who is in heaven, and do you not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in your hand, and no one can stand against you.

But he is unchangeable; who can oppose him? He does what he desires.

If he snatches something, who can stop him? Who can ask him,“ What are you doing?”

No wisdom, no understanding, and no counsel will prevail against the LORD.

I call a bird of prey from the east, a man for my purpose from a far country. Yes, I have spoken; so I will also bring it about. I have planned it; I will also do it.

Because of this, the earth will mourn; the skies above will grow dark. I have spoken; I have planned, and I will not relent or turn back from it.”

While the words were still in the king’s mouth, a voice came from heaven:“ King Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is declared that the kingdom has departed from you.You will be driven away from people to live with the wild animals, and you will feed on grass like cattle for seven periods of time, until you acknowledge that the Most High is ruler over human kingdoms, and he gives them to anyone he wants.”At that moment the message against Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled. He was driven away from people. He ate grass like cattle, and his body was drenched with dew from the sky, until his hair grew like eagles’ feathers and his nails like birds’ claws.But at the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven, and my sanity returned to me. Then I praised the Most High and honored and glorified him who lives forever: For his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are counted as nothing, and he does what he wants with the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. There is no one who can block his hand or say to him,“ What have you done?”

Many plans are in a person’s heart, but the LORD’s decree will prevail.

We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.

The LORD of Armies planned it, to desecrate all its glorious beauty, to disgrace all the honored ones of the earth.

What, then, are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart from generation to generation.

Would you really challenge my justice? Would you declare me guilty to justify yourself?

Aram from the east and Philistia from the west have consumed Israel with open mouths. In all this, his anger has not turned away, and his hand is still raised to strike.

This is what the prophet Jeremiah commanded Seraiah son of Neriah son of Mahseiah, the quartermaster, when he went to Babylon with King Zedekiah of Judah in the fourth year of Zedekiah’s reign.
