他们都必回应你，说：‘你竟然像我们一样变得软弱无能，与我们相似了！’

他們都要發言對你說：你也變為軟弱像我們一樣嗎？你也成了我們的樣子嗎？

他們都要發言，對你說：『你也變為軟弱，像我們一樣嗎？你也成了我們的樣子嗎？』

他們都必應時對你說：「你也變為衰弱、像我們一樣啊！你也跟我們相似啊！」

他們都必回應你，說：『你竟然像我們一樣變得軟弱無能，與我們相似了！』

僉謂爾曰、爾亦荏弱似我乎、爾與吾儕相若乎、

曰、爾豈如我之荏弱哉、

悉發言向爾曰、爾亦弱同我儕乎、爾與我儕相若乎、

They will all respond, they will say to you,“ You also have become weak, as we are; you have become like us.”

All of them call out to you. They say,‘ You have become weak, just as we are. You have become like us.’

All of them will answer and say to you:‘ You too have become as weak as we! You have become like us!’

With one voice they all cry out,‘ Now you are as weak as we are!

They all respond to you, saying,“ You too have become as weak as we are; you have become like us!

They will all respond and say to you,‘ Even you have become weak as we, You have become like us.

They all shall speak and say to you:‘ Have you also become as weak as we? Have you become like us?

All they shall answer and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?

They all respond to you, saying:“ You too have become as weak as we are; you have become like us!

All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?

All of them respond to you, saying:‘ You too have become weak like us! You have become just like us!

I said,“ You are gods, all of you are sons of the Most High.Nevertheless you shall die like men, and fall like one of the rulers.”

For of the wise man, even as of the fool, there is no memory forever, since in the days to come all will have been long forgotten. Indeed, the wise man must die just like the fool!

The strong among the mighty will speak to him out of the middle of Sheol with those who help him. They have gone down. The uncircumcised lie still, slain by the sword.

Those who trust in their wealth, and boast in the multitude of their riches—none of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give God a ransom for him.For the redemption of their life is costly, no payment is ever enough,that he should live on forever, that he should not see corruption.For he sees that wise men die; likewise the fool and the senseless perish, and leave their wealth to others.Their inward thought is that their houses will endure forever, and their dwelling places to all generations. They name their lands after themselves.But man, despite his riches, doesn’t endure. He is like the animals that perish.This is the destiny of those who are foolish, and of those who approve their sayings. Selah.They are appointed as a flock for Sheol. Death shall be their shepherd. The upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. Their beauty shall decay in Sheol, far from their mansion.

A man who has riches without understanding, is like the animals that perish.

A certain beggar, named Lazarus, was taken to his gate, full of sores,and desiring to be fed with the crumbs that fell from the rich man’s table. Yes, even the dogs came and licked his sores.The beggar died, and he was carried away by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried.In Hades, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom.
