祂必竖起旗帜召集远方的国家，吹哨叫来地极的人。看啊，他们必飞速而来！

那时，亚述王必屯兵挪伯，向着锡安城的山岭，向着耶路撒冷的山丘摩拳擦掌。

世上的一切居民啊，山上竖立旗帜的时候，你们要看；号角吹响的时候，你们要听。

耶和华必使埃及的海干涸，挥手用焦热的风使幼发拉底河分成七条溪流，使人可以涉水而过。

祂必向各国竖立旗帜，召集被掳的以色列人，把分散在世界各地的犹大人聚集起来。
