Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.”

People of Zion, give a loud shout! Sing for joy! The Holy One of Israel is among you. And he is great.”

Shout, and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.”

Let all the people of Jerusalem shout his praise with joy! For great is the Holy One of Israel who lives among you.”

Cry out and sing, citizen of Zion, for the Holy One of Israel is among you in his greatness.”

Cry aloud and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion; for great in the midst of thee is the Holy One of Israel.

Shout for joy and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” declares the Lord.“ And many nations will join themselves to the Lord on that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of armies has sent Me to you.

Shout for joy, daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, Israel! Rejoice and triumph with all your heart, Daughter of Jerusalem!The Lord has taken away His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; You will no longer fear disaster.On that day it will be said to Jerusalem:“ Do not be afraid, Zion; Do not let your hands fall limp.The Lord your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior. He will rejoice over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.

But I,’ declares the Lord,‘ will be a wall of fire to her on all sides, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”

You will winnow them, and the wind will carry them away, And the storm will scatter them; But you will rejoice in the Lord, You will boast in the Holy One of Israel.

Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you people of Israel; I will help you,” declares the Lord,“ and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

And as soon as He was approaching, near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of the disciples began to praise God joyfully with a loud voice for all the miracles which they had seen,shouting:“ Blessed is the King, the One who comes in the name of the Lord; Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”And yet some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him,“ Teacher, rebuke Your disciples!”Jesus replied,“ I tell you, if these stop speaking, the stones will cry out!”

Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion; Declare His deeds among the peoples.

“ Shout for joy, infertile one, you who have not given birth to any child; Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not been in labor; For the sons of the desolate one will be more numerous Than the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord.

For our shield belongs to the Lord, And our king to the Holy One of Israel.

And no resident will say,“ I am sick”; The people who live there will be forgiven their wrongdoing.

I will feed your oppressors with their own flesh, And they will become drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine; And humanity will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”

And He said to me,“ Son of man, this is the place of My throne and the place of the soles of My feet, where I will dwell among the sons of Israel forever. And the house of Israel will not again defile My holy name, neither they nor their kings, by their prostitution and by the corpses of their kings when they die,

Then the moon will be ashamed and the sun be put to shame, For the Lord of armies will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, And His glory will be before His elders.

Go up on a high mountain, Zion, messenger of good news, Raise your voice forcefully, Jerusalem, messenger of good news; Raise it up, do not fear. Say to the cities of Judah,“ Here is your God!”

Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of armies, who dwells on Mount Zion.

For, you people in Zion, inhabitant in Jerusalem, you will weep no longer. He will certainly be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you.

The city shall be eighteen thousand cubits all around; and the name of the city from that day shall be,‘ The Lord is there.’ ”

Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast, The nation of the Cherethites! The word of the Lord is against you, Canaan, land of the Philistines; And I will eliminate you So that there will be no inhabitant.

Therefore this is what the Lord God of armies says:“ My people, you who dwell in Zion, do not fear the Assyrian who strikes you with the rod, and lifts up his staff against you the way Egypt did.

I will also praise You with a harp, And Your truth, my God; I will sing praises to You with the lyre, Holy One of Israel.

Why do you look with envy, you mountains of many peaks, At the mountain God has desired as His dwelling? Indeed, the Lord will dwell there forever.

The Lord says this:‘ I will return to Zion and dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the Lord of armies will be called the Holy Mountain.’The Lord of armies says this:‘ Old men and old women will again sit in the public squares of Jerusalem, each person with his staff in his hand because of age.And the public squares of the city will be filled with boys and girls playing in its squares.’The Lord of armies says this:‘ If it is too difficult in the sight of the remnant of this people in those days, will it also be too difficult in My sight?’ declares the Lord of armies.The Lord of armies says this:‘ Behold, I am going to save My people from the land of the east and from the land of the west;and I will bring them back and they will live in the midst of Jerusalem; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God in truth and righteousness.’

“ This is My resting place forever; Here I will dwell, for I have desired it.

How delightful on the mountains Are the feet of one who brings good news, Who announces peace And brings good news of happiness, Who announces salvation, And says to Zion,“ Your God reigns!”Listen! Your watchmen raise their voices, They shout joyfully together; For they will see with their own eyes When the Lord restores Zion.Be cheerful, shout joyfully together, You ruins of Jerusalem; For the Lord has comforted His people, He has redeemed Jerusalem.The Lord has bared His holy arm In the sight of all the nations, So that all the ends of the earth may see The salvation of our God.
