他憑義氣為貧寒人申正義，以正直判斷國中的困苦人；他以口中的杖擊打強橫人，以嘴裏的氣殺死惡人。

他必以公義審斷貧弱者，以正直裁決世上的卑微人；以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺死惡人。

秉公義以鞫貧乏者、持中正以擬世之謙卑者、以口杖擊斯土、以脣氣殺惡人、

為困乏與謙遜之人聽訟、秉公行義、作惡者流、必遭箠楚、以辭氣滅之、

必秉公義審鞫貧民、循正直判斷世之謙虛人、世之謙虛人或作國中窮乏人以口中之言責世、若擊之以杖、以詞氣殺滅惡人、

but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.

He will always do what is right when he judges those who are in need. He’ll be completely fair when he makes decisions about poor people. When he commands that people be punished, it will happen. When he orders that evil people be put to death, it will take place.

but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked.

He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of his word, and one breath from his mouth will destroy the wicked.

but he will judge the poor righteously and execute justice for the oppressed of the land. He will strike the land with a scepter from his mouth, and he will kill the wicked with a command from his lips.

But with righteousness He will judge the poor, And decide with fairness for the humble of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.

but He will judge the poor righteously and execute justice for the oppressed of the land. He will strike the land with discipline from His mouth, and He will kill the wicked with a command from His lips.

He will treat the poor fairly, and make right decisions for the downtrodden of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and order the wicked to be executed.

but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.

他要使父親的心轉向兒女，兒女的心轉向父親，免得我來擊打這地，以至完全毀滅。”（本章第1~6節在《馬索拉文本》為3:19~24）

他們因神的氣息而滅亡，因他的怒氣而消滅。

主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華膏了我，叫我傳福音給困苦的人；差遣我去醫治傷心的人，向被擄的宣告自由，向被囚的宣告釋放；

那時，這不法的人必要顯露出來。主耶穌要用自己口中的氣除掉他，以自己再來所顯現的光輝消滅他。

因為貧窮人呼求的時候，他就搭救；沒有人幫助的困苦人，他也搭救。他必憐恤軟弱和貧窮的人，拯救貧窮人的性命。他要救他們脫離欺凌和強暴，他們的血在他眼中看為寶貴。

你必用鐵杖擊打他們，好像打碎陶器一樣粉碎他們。’”

神啊！求你把你的公正賜給王，把你的公義賜給王子。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）他要按著公義審判你的子民，憑著公正審判你的困苦人。因著公義，願大山和小山都給人民帶來和平。他必為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧窮人，粉碎那欺壓人的。

溫柔的人有福了，因為他們必承受地土。

你們中間誰是有智慧、有見識的呢？他就應當有美好的生活，用明智的溫柔，把自己的行為表現出來。

有一把利劍從他口中吐出來，他要用這劍擊打列國，他必用鐵杖治理他們；並且還要踹全能神烈怒的壓酒池。

在那些日子、那時候，我必使大衛公義的苗裔長起來；他必在地上施行公正和公義。

不可毀謗人，要與人無爭，謙恭有禮，向眾人表現充分溫柔的心。

看哪！必有一王憑公義執政，必有眾領袖按公平治理。

神啊！你的寶座是永永遠遠的，你國的權杖是公平的權杖。你喜愛公義，恨惡邪惡，所以，神，就是你的神，用喜樂的油膏抹你，勝過膏抹你的同伴。

你要為不能自辯的人開口說話，為所有貧苦的人伸冤。你要開口說話，秉公審判，為困苦和窮乏的人伸冤。”

溫柔、節制；這樣的事，是沒有律法禁止的。

困苦的必因耶和華增添喜樂；貧窮的人必因以色列的聖者而快樂。

他的政權與平安必無窮無盡地增加，他在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平和公義使國堅立穩固，從現在直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成全這事。

因為陀斐特那燒著的火早已安排好了，是為君王預備的，又深又寬；其中所堆的，是火和許多的柴；耶和華的氣像一股硫磺火，把它燃點起來。

必有一個寶座在慈愛中建立；必有一位憑信實坐在上面，就是在大衛的帳棚裡；他必施行審判，尋求公平，並且迅速行公義。”

他的右手拿著七星，有一把兩刃的利劍從他口中吐出來；他的臉發光好像正午的烈日。

耶和華必使你從錫安伸出能力的權杖，你要在你的仇敵中掌權。

他們肥胖光潤，作盡各種壞事；他們不為人辯護，不替孤兒辨屈，使他們獲益，也不為窮人伸冤。

耶和華的靈藉著我說話，他的話在我的舌頭上。以色列的神說，以色列的磐石告訴我：那以公義統治人的，那存敬畏神的心施行統治的，他必像旭日昇起的光芒，像無雲的早晨，像雨後的晴朗，使地長出綠草。

濃煙從他的鼻孔往上冒，烈火從他的口中噴出來，連炭也燒著了。

地上所有謙卑的人，就是遵守耶和華典章的人哪！你們要尋求耶和華，你們要尋求公義，尋求謙卑。在耶和華忿怒的日子，你們或許得以隱藏起來。

掃羅仍向主的門徒發恐嚇兇殺的話。他到大祭司那裡，

“你們不按公義審判，偏袒惡人，要到幾時呢？（細拉）你們要為貧寒的人和孤兒伸冤，為困苦和窮乏的人伸張正義。要搭救貧寒和窮困的人，救他們脫離惡人的手。”

所以，你應當悔改；如果不悔改，我就很快地來到你們那裡，用我口中的劍跟他們作戰。

我觀看，見天開了。有一匹白馬，那騎馬的稱為“忠信”和“真實”；他按著公義審判和作戰。

“看哪！日子快到（這是耶和華的宣告），我必給大衛興起一個公義的苗裔；他必執政為王，行事有智慧，在地上施行公正和公義。在他執政的日子，猶大必得救，以色列也必安然居住。人要稱他的名字為‘耶和華我們的義’。”

我保羅與你們見面的時候是謙卑的，不在你們那裡的時候，卻是放膽的。現在我親自以基督的謙遜溫柔勸你們，

耶和華必審問他子民中的長老和領袖，說：“那吞盡葡萄園的，就是你們；從貧窮人那裡掠奪的，都在你們家中。”

學習行善，尋求公平，指責殘暴的人，替孤兒伸冤，為寡婦辨屈。”

就是瞎的可以看見，瘸的可以走路，患痲風的得到潔淨，聾的可以聽見，死人復活，窮人有福音聽。

屬你的人是有福的，你的這些臣僕是有福的，他們常常侍立在你面前，聆聽你的智慧。耶和華你的神是應當稱頌的！他喜悅你，使你坐在以色列的王位上；因為耶和華永遠喜愛以色列，所以立你作王，要你秉行公義。”

大衛作王統治全以色列，以公平和正義對待所有的人。
