世上的一切居民啊，山上豎立旗幟的時候，你們要看；號角吹響的時候，你們要聽。

要出去，去城外，為百姓修平道路。要修築，修築大道，清除石頭，為萬民豎立旗幟。

我本要消滅他們，使世人忘記他們；

這樣，日落之處的人必敬畏耶和華的名，日出之地的人必對祂的榮耀肅然起敬。祂必奔來，如被耶和華之氣推動的急流。
