我的手找到列國的財富，如同找到鳥巢；我收取全地，好像收取遺棄的鳥蛋；沒有一個扇翅膀的，沒有一個張嘴的，也沒有一個啼叫的。」

我得列國之貨財、若取諸巢、我畧全地、若拾遺卵、無有鼓翼、啟口鳴噪者也、○

我擊天下、得人貨財、如覆巢取卵、雌鳥遠飛、無有哀鳴而鼓翼者。

我手獲列國之貨財、如人取巢、我得全地、如人拾遺棄之卵、無一鼓翼者、啟口哀鳴者、

As one reaches into a nest, so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations; as people gather abandoned eggs, so I gathered all the countries; not one flapped a wing, or opened its mouth to chirp.’”

I’ve taken the wealth of the nations. It was as easy as reaching into a bird’s nest. I’ve gathered the riches of all these countries. It was as easy as gathering eggs that have been left in a nest. Not a single baby bird flapped its wings. Not one of them opened its mouth to chirp.’ ”

My hand has found like a nest the wealth of the peoples; and as one gathers eggs that have been forsaken, so I have gathered all the earth; and there was none that moved a wing or opened the mouth or chirped.”

I have robbed their nests of riches and gathered up kingdoms as a farmer gathers eggs. No one can even flap a wing against me or utter a peep of protest.”

我若因財物豐裕，因手多得資財而歡喜；

你雖如鷹高飛，在星宿之間搭窩，我必從那裏拉你下來。這是耶和華說的。

住在山穴中盤據山頂的啊，你被自己的聲勢與心中的狂傲所蒙蔽；你雖如大鷹高高搭窩，我卻要從那裏拉你下來。這是耶和華說的。

用詭詐之舌所得的財富如被吹散的霧氣，趨向滅亡。惡人的殘暴必掃去自己，因他們不肯按公平行事。

禍哉！你們以房接房，以地連地，以致不留餘地，只顧自己獨居境內。

商人手持詭詐的天平，喜愛欺壓。以法蓮說：我果然富有，得了財寶；我所勞碌得來的一切，人必找不到我有甚麼可算為有罪的惡

他因酒詭詐、狂傲、不安於位；他張開喉嚨，好像陰間，如死亡不能知足，他聚集萬國，招聚萬民全歸自己。這些人豈不都要提起詩歌和俗語，嘲諷他說：禍哉！你增添不屬自己的財物，靠押金發財，要到幾時呢？咬傷你的豈不忽然興起，擾害你的豈不突然崛起，你就成為他們的擄物嗎？因你搶奪許多國家，流人的血，向土地、城鎮和全城的居民施行殘暴，各國殘存之民都必搶奪你。禍哉！那為本家積蓄不義之財、在高處搭窩、指望得免災禍的人！你圖謀剪除許多民族，犯了罪，使自己的家蒙羞，自害己命。牆裏的石頭要呼叫，屋內的棟梁必應聲。

敗壞之先，人心驕傲；要得尊榮，先有謙卑。

你們搶奪金子吧！你們搶奪銀子吧！因為所積蓄的無窮，華美的寶器無數。荒蕪，荒涼，全然荒廢，人心害怕，雙膝顫抖，腰部疼痛，臉都變色。獅子的洞，幼獅餵養之處在哪裏呢？公獅、母獅、小獅出入，無人使牠們驚嚇之地在哪裏呢？公獅撕碎的足夠給幼獅吃，又為母獅掐死獵物，把獵物塞滿牠的洞穴，把撕碎的裝滿牠的窩。看哪，我與你為敵，將它的戰車焚燒成煙，刀劍必吞滅你的少壯獅子；我必從地上除滅你的獵物，你使者的聲音必不再聽見。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。禍哉！這流人血的城，欺詐連連，搶奪充斥，擄掠的事總不止息。
