必使爾士師仍似曩時、使爾謀臣猶如昔日、厥後爾必得稱為善義之城、忠信之邑、

I will restore your leaders as in days of old, your rulers as at the beginning. Afterward you will be called the City of Righteousness, the Faithful City.”

I will give you leaders like the ones you had long ago. I will give you rulers like those you had at the beginning. Then you will be called the City That Does What Is Right. You will also be called the Faithful City.”

那些曾苦待你的，他们的子孙都必来向你屈身；所有曾藐视你的，都要在你的脚前下拜；他们要称你为“耶和华的城”、“以色列圣者的锡安”。

我要拿金子来代替铜，拿银子来代替铁，拿铜来代替木头，拿铁来代替石头。我要使平安作你的管理者，使公义作你的监督。你的地上必不再听见残暴的事，你的境内也不再听见毁坏和破败的事；你必称你的城墙为“救恩”，称你的城门为“赞美”。

忠信的城竟然变为妓女！这城从前充满公正，有公义居于其中，现在却只有杀人凶手。

我为锡安的缘故必不静默，为耶路撒冷的缘故必不缄默，直到她的公义如光辉发出，她的救恩如火把燃起。列国必看见你的公义，所有的君王必看见你的荣耀；人必以新的名字称呼你，这名字是耶和华亲口授予的。

看哪！必有一王凭公义统治，必有首领们按公正治理；个个都像避风所和避暴雨的隐秘处，又像荒漠中的溪水，像干旱之地大磐石的荫庇。

耶和华受尊崇，因他居于高天，他必使锡安充满公正和公义。

那时，你的民全是义人，他们永远继承地土；他们是我栽种的枝子，是我手的作为，为要显出我的荣耀。

看哪，现在有这王带领你们了。至于我，我已经年老发白；而我的儿子们在这里与你们在一起。我从年轻时到今天一直带领你们。看哪，你们可以在耶和华和他的受膏者面前指控我：我夺取过谁的牛，夺取过谁的驴子？我欺压过谁，压榨过谁？又从谁的手中收取过贿赂，以致我的眼睛被蒙住了？如果是这样，我必归还你们。”他们说：“你没有欺压过我们，没有压榨过我们，也没有从任何人手中收取过什么。”撒母耳对他们说：“今天，耶和华在你们中间作见证，他的受膏者也作见证：你们在我的手中没有找到什么。”他们说：“愿他作见证！”

凡是不洁净的，行可憎和虚假之事的人，绝不能进到城内；唯有名字被记在羔羊生命册上的才能进去。
