你們要洗澡、使自己純潔；從我眼前除掉你們行為之敗壞；要止住作惡，

「洗滌自己，潔淨自己吧，從我眼前除掉你們的惡行！當停止作惡，

爾其洗滌自潔、去爾惡行於我目前、

當盥手潔心、滌爾污俗、棄惡歸善、公義是行、受人虐遇者、必加援手、孤子嫠婦、必伸其冤。

當洗滌自潔、於我目前除爾惡行、不復作惡、

Wash and make yourselves clean. Take your evil deeds out of my sight; stop doing wrong.

So wash and make yourselves clean. Get your evil actions out of my sight! Stop doing what is wrong!

Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil,

Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins out of my sight. Give up your evil ways.

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Seek the Lord while He may be found; Call upon Him while He is near.Let the wicked abandon his way, And the unrighteous person his thoughts; And let him return to the Lord, And He will have compassion on him, And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

He must turn away from evil and do good; He must seek peace and pursue it.

Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander,

I said to him,“ My lord, you know.” And he said to me,“ These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people,instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously, and in a godly manner in the present age,looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, eager for good deeds.

Come close to God and He will come close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double minded.

that, in reference to your former way of life, you are to rid yourselves of the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit,and that you are to be renewed in the spirit of your minds,and to put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.Therefore, ridding yourselves of falsehood, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, because we are parts of one another.Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger,and do not give the devil an opportunity.The one who steals must no longer steal; but rather he must labor, producing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with the one who has need.Let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but if there is any good word for edification according to the need of the moment, say that, so that it will give grace to those who hear.

Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins by calling on His name.’

Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.

Therefore produce fruit consistent with repentance;

“ Therefore I will judge you, house of Israel, each according to his conduct,” declares the Lord God.“ Repent and turn away from all your offenses, so that wrongdoing does not become a stumbling block to you.Hurl away from you all your offenses which you have committed and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! For why should you die, house of Israel?

I will wash my hands in innocence, And I will go around Your altar, Lord,

Therefore say to them,‘ This is what the Lord of armies says:“ Return to Me,” declares the Lord of armies,“ that I may return to you,” says the Lord of armies.“ Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets proclaimed, saying,‘ This is what the Lord of armies says:“ Return now from your evil ways and from your evil deeds.” ’ But they did not listen or pay attention to Me,” declares the Lord.

saying,‘ Turn now, everyone from his evil way and from the evil of your deeds, and live on the land which the Lord has given to you and your forefathers forever and ever;

Wash your heart from evil, Jerusalem, So that you may be saved. How long will your wicked thoughts Lodge within you?

“ If you would direct your heart rightly And spread out your hands to Him,If wrongdoing is in your hand, put it far away, And do not let malice dwell in your tents;

Turn from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.

Depart, depart, go out from there, Do not touch what is unclean; Go out of the midst of her, purify yourselves, You who carry the vessels of the Lord.

Hate evil, love good, And establish justice in the gate! Perhaps the Lord God of armies Will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

Turn from evil and do good, So that you will dwell forever.
