斯時呼籲我、我弗應、切尋我、而弗得、

所羅門立於耶和華壇前、以色列會眾咸在、王乃張手向天、

惟爾恃無益之虛詞、攘竊殺戮、行淫妄誓、焚香於巴力、從事素所未識之他神、且詣我寄名之室、立於我前曰、我得釋矣、致爾行此可惡之事、

上帝歟、傾聽我祈禱、勿自隱匿、不聽我懇求兮、

我心若注於罪、主必不聽兮、

向聖所舉手、稱頌耶和華兮、

迨家主起而閉門、爾立於外、叩門曰、主歟、為我啟之、彼將應曰、我不識爾奚自、爾將曰、我儕曾於爾前食飲、爾亦於我衢訓誨、彼將曰、我告爾、我不識爾奚自、爾眾行不義者、其去我、時、爾見亞伯拉罕以撒雅各、與諸先知在上帝國、而爾見逐於外、則必哀哭切齒矣、

彼諭我曰、人子歟、爾見此乎、猶大家在此行可惡之事、豈細故哉、致使斯土充斥強暴、復激我怒、置樹枝於其鼻、故我必以怒待之、我目不顧惜之、不加矜憫、彼雖大聲呼於我耳、猶不聽之、

故我欲人無怒無爭、舉維聖之手隨在祈禱、

不虔之輩、雖得貨利、上帝奪取其魂、尚有何望、患難臨之、上帝豈聽其籲乎、

禍哉、爾偽善之士子、與法利賽人乎、

耶和華掩面於雅各家、我仍徯而望之、
