“祭司啊，要听！以色列家啊，要留心听！王室啊，要侧耳听！这是对你们的审判，因为你们像设在米斯巴的圈套，铺在他泊山的网罗。

祭司啊，你们要听这话！以色列家啊，你们要留心听！王的家啊，你们要侧耳而听！因为审判必临到你们，因你们曾是米斯巴地的捕鸟机，是他泊山上张开的网罗。

眾祭司啊，要聽我的話！以色列家啊，要留心聽！王家啊，要側耳而聽！審判要臨到你們，因你們在米斯巴如網羅，在他泊山如鋪張的網。

「祭司啊，要聽！以色列家啊，要留心聽！王室啊，要側耳聽！這是對你們的審判，因為你們像設在米斯巴的圈套，鋪在他泊山的網羅。

祭司啊，你們要聽這話！以色列家啊，你們要留心聽！王的家啊，你們要側耳而聽！因為審判必臨到你們，因你們曾是米斯巴地的捕鳥機，是他泊山上張開的網羅。

眾祭司啊，要聽這話哦！以色列家啊，要留心聽哦！王家啊，要側耳以聽！因為審判是關於你們的，因為你們成了在米斯巴的機檻，成了在他泊山鋪下的網。

祭司歟、爾其聽之、以色列家、爾其聆之、王室爾其傾耳、審鞫有關於爾、因爾為擭於米斯巴、為網於他泊、

祭司與以色列族、及王宗室、群聽我言、爾設坎阱於密士巴、張網羅於大泊山、故我必罰爾、

諸祭司歟、爾其聽此、以色列族歟、爾當悟會、王室歟、爾當傾耳而聽、爾罪已擬、因爾若罟設於米斯巴、若網張於他博山、

“ Hear this, you priests! Pay attention, you Israelites! Listen, royal house! This judgment is against you: You have been a snare at Mizpah, a net spread out on Tabor.

“ Listen to me, you priests! Pay attention, people of Israel! Listen, you members of the royal family! Here is my decision against you. You have been like a trap at Mizpah. You have been like a net spread out on Mount Tabor.

“ Hear this, you priests. Pay attention, you leaders of Israel. Listen, you members of the royal family. Judgment has been handed down against you. For you have led the people into a snare by worshiping the idols at Mizpah and Tabor.

Hear this, priests! Pay attention, house of Israel! Listen, royal house! For the judgment applies to you because you have been a snare at Mizpah and a net spread out on Tabor.

Hear this, you priests! Pay attention, house of Israel! Listen, you of the house of the king! For the judgment applies to you, Because you have been a trap at Mizpah, And a net spread out on Tabor.

“ Hear this, O priests! Take heed, O house of Israel! Give ear, O house of the king! For yours is the judgment, Because you have been a snare to Mizpah And a net spread on Tabor.

Hear this, O ye priests, and hearken, O house of Israel, and give ear, O house of the king; for unto you pertaineth the judgment; for ye have been a snare at Mizpah, and a net spread upon Tabor.

Hear this, priests! Pay attention, house of Israel! Listen, royal house! For the judgment applies to you because you have been a snare at Mizpah and a net spread out on Tabor.

Hear ye this, O priests; and hearken, ye house of Israel; and give ye ear, O house of the king; for judgment[ is] toward you, because ye have been a snare on Mizpah, and a net spread upon Tabor.

Hear this, you priests! Pay attention, you Israelites! Listen closely, O king! For judgment is about to overtake you! For you were like a trap to Mizpah, like a net spread out to catch Tabor.

“ Listen to this, you priests! Listen, house of Israel, and give ear, house of the king! For the judgment is against you; for you have been a snare at Mizpah, and a net spread on Tabor.

The prophet is the watchman of Ephraim with my God; yet a fowler’s snare is on all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God.

As robbers lie in wait for a man, so the priests band together; they murder on the way to Shechem; they commit villainy.

“ And now, O priests, this command is for you.

Hear the word of the Lord, O children of Israel, for the Lord has a controversy with the inhabitants of the land. There is no faithfulness or steadfast love, and no knowledge of God in the land;

She sent and summoned Barak the son of Abinoam from Kedesh-naphtali and said to him,“ Has not the Lord, the God of Israel, commanded you,‘ Go, gather your men at Mount Tabor, taking 10,000 from the people of Naphtali and the people of Zebulun.

Hear this, you heads of the house of Jacob and rulers of the house of Israel, who detest justice and make crooked all that is straight,

By their evil they make the king glad, and the princes by their treachery.They are all adulterers; they are like a heated oven whose baker ceases to stir the fire, from the kneading of the dough until it is leavened.On the day of our king, the princes became sick with the heat of wine; he stretched out his hand with mockers.

the high places of Isaac shall be made desolate, and the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste, and I will rise against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.”

Go, tell Jeroboam,‘ Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel:“ Because I exalted you from among the people and made you leader over my people Israeland tore the kingdom away from the house of David and gave it to you, and yet you have not been like my servant David, who kept my commandments and followed me with all his heart, doing only that which was right in my eyes,but you have done evil above all who were before you and have gone and made for yourself other gods and metal images, provoking me to anger, and have cast me behind your back,therefore behold, I will bring harm upon the house of Jeroboam and will cut off from Jeroboam every male, both bond and free in Israel, and will burn up the house of Jeroboam, as a man burns up dung until it is all gone.Anyone belonging to Jeroboam who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat, for the Lord has spoken it.”’Arise therefore, go to your house. When your feet enter the city, the child shall die.And all Israel shall mourn for him and bury him, for he only of Jeroboam shall come to the grave, because in him there is found something pleasing to the Lord, the God of Israel, in the house of Jeroboam.Moreover, the Lord will raise up for himself a king over Israel who shall cut off the house of Jeroboam today. And henceforth,the Lord will strike Israel as a reed is shaken in the water, and root up Israel out of this good land that he gave to their fathers and scatter them beyond the Euphrates, because they have made their Asherim, provoking the Lord to anger.And he will give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he sinned and made Israel to sin.”

Thus says the Lord:“ Go down to the house of the king of Judah and speak there this word,and say,‘ Hear the word of the Lord, O king of Judah, who sits on the throne of David, you, and your servants, and your people who enter these gates.Thus says the Lord: Do justice and righteousness, and deliver from the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong or violence to the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.For if you will indeed obey this word, then there shall enter the gates of this house kings who sit on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their servants and their people.But if you will not obey these words, I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that this house shall become a desolation.For thus says the Lord concerning the house of the king of Judah:“‘ You are like Gilead to me, like the summit of Lebanon, yet surely I will make you a desert, an uninhabited city.I will prepare destroyers against you, each with his weapons, and they shall cut down your choicest cedars and cast them into the fire.“‘ And many nations will pass by this city, and every man will say to his neighbor,“ Why has the Lord dealt thus with this great city?”And they will answer,“ Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord their God and worshiped other gods and served them.”’”

“ A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am a father, where is my honor? And if I am a master, where is my fear? says the Lord of hosts to you, O priests, who despise my name. But you say,‘ How have we despised your name?’

Say to the king and the queen mother:“ Take a lowly seat, for your beautiful crown has come down from your head.”

The godly has perished from the earth, and there is no one upright among mankind; they all lie in wait for blood, and each hunts the other with a net.

I will fall upon them like a bear robbed of her cubs; I will tear open their breast, and there I will devour them like a lion, as a wild beast would rip them open.

And I said: Hear, you heads of Jacob and rulers of the house of Israel! Is it not for you to know justice?—

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.The more they increased, the more they sinned against me; I will change their glory into shame.

He brings all of them up with a hook; he drags them out with his net; he gathers them in his dragnet; so he rejoices and is glad.Therefore he sacrifices to his net and makes offerings to his dragnet; for by them he lives in luxury, and his food is rich.Is he then to keep on emptying his net and mercilessly killing nations forever?

“ Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who is in Samaria; behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, where he has gone to take possession.And you shall say to him,‘ Thus says the Lord,“ Have you killed and also taken possession?”’ And you shall say to him,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ In the place where dogs licked up the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick your own blood.”’”Ahab said to Elijah,“ Have you found me, O my enemy?” He answered,“ I have found you, because you have sold yourself to do what is evil in the sight of the Lord.Behold, I will bring disaster upon you. I will utterly burn you up, and will cut off from Ahab every male, bond or free, in Israel.And I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the anger to which you have provoked me, and because you have made Israel to sin.

“ As I live, declares the King, whose name is the Lord of hosts, like Tabor among the mountains and like Carmel by the sea, shall one come.

And a letter came to him from Elijah the prophet, saying,“ Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father,‘ Because you have not walked in the ways of Jehoshaphat your father, or in the ways of Asa king of Judah,but have walked in the way of the kings of Israel and have enticed Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem into whoredom, as the house of Ahab led Israel into whoredom, and also you have killed your brothers, of your father’s house, who were better than you,behold, the Lord will bring a great plague on your people, your children, your wives, and all your possessions,and you yourself will have a severe sickness with a disease of your bowels, until your bowels come out because of the disease, day by day.’”

Ephraim’s glory shall fly away like a bird— no birth, no pregnancy, no conception!Even if they bring up children, I will bereave them till none is left. Woe to them when I depart from them!Ephraim, as I have seen, was like a young palm planted in a meadow; but Ephraim must lead his children out to slaughter.Give them, O Lord— what will you give? Give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.Every evil of theirs is in Gilgal; there I began to hate them. Because of the wickedness of their deeds I will drive them out of my house. I will love them no more; all their princes are rebels.Ephraim is stricken; their root is dried up; they shall bear no fruit. Even though they give birth, I will put their beloved children to death.My God will reject them because they have not listened to him; they shall be wanderers among the nations.

Thus it shall be done to you, O Bethel, because of your great evil. At dawn the king of Israel shall be utterly cut off.
