Take words with you, And return to the Lord. Say to Him,“ Take away all iniquity; Receive us graciously, For we will offer the sacrifices of our lips.

Take with you words, and return unto Jehovah: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and accept that which is good: so will we render as bullocks the offering of our lips.

David said to Nathan,“ I have sinned against the Lord.” And Nathan said to David,“ The Lord also has put away your sin; you shall not die.

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love.He will again have compassion on us; he will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.

Why do you not pardon my transgression and take away my iniquity? For now I shall lie in the earth; you will seek me, but I shall not be.”

“ For has anyone said to God,‘ I have borne punishment; I will not offend any more;teach me what I do not see; if I have done iniquity, I will do it no more’?

And the son said to him,‘ Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’But the father said to his servants,‘ Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet.And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate.For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate.

And he touched my mouth and said:“ Behold, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away, and your sin atoned for.”

And he said to them,“ When you pray, say:“ Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come.Give us each day our daily bread,and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.”

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said,“ Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

“ and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”

For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses, and from all your idols I will cleanse you.And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

You know that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in him there is no sin.
