籲呼山巖壓己、不令坐位之主見之、及為羔所怒、

時、人將對山曰、壓我、對陵曰掩我、

籌思既竟、作二金犢、告民曰、詣耶路撒冷甚難、昔導以色列族出自埃及之上帝即此。置一犢於伯特利、一犢於但。此事陷人於罪、民往至但、崇拜一犢。

耶和華有威可畏、勃然而興、地以震動、人必入於磐巖、匿於窟穴、以避其災。

我民之田、斯邑之室、昔則欣然喜悅、今則荊棘叢生、

是事陷耶羅破暗家於罪戾、故上帝滅之於天下。

在其庇亞、喇馬當吹角、在伯亞文號呼、當告便雅憫族敵將追襲。

以色列族縱欲行淫、猶大族勿效其尤、勿詣吉甲、勿至伯亞文、否則猶謂崇敬我耶和華可乎。

爾素犯罪、以鑄像如犢、我爇之以火、擣之為粉、揚於山溪。

指壇而呼曰、嗟乎此壇、耶和華有命云、大闢之家必挺生一子、名約西亞、取崇邱之祭司、焚香於是壇者、獻於壇上、亦取死者之骨、焚於此壇。

昔有祭司、獻祭於斯壇、王焚其骨於上、於是猶大國、耶路撒冷邑成潔。在馬拿西、以法蓮、西面諸邑、延及納大利毀諸淫祠。於是以色列全地、毀祭壇、伐林木、擣偶像成粉、乃歸耶路撒冷。

此皆因雅各以色列犯罪而然、雅各之愆尤何自、豈非始於撒馬利亞乎、猶大之崇坵何自、豈非始於耶路撒冷乎、

祀事既畢、以色列眾往猶大、便雅憫、以法蓮、馬拿西諸邑、毀偶像、伐林木、廢崇坵、拆祭壇、滅之務盡、然後歸。

昔尼八子耶羅破暗、陷以色列族於罪戾、在伯特利立崇坵、築祭壇、約西亞毀其祭壇、廢其崇坵、焚其偶像、擣之成粉。

荊棘叢生於宮闕、蒺藜萌長於城垣、蝮蛇鴕鳥、居處其中、

彼獻祭於山巔岡巒、見橡櫟楊柳、枝葉垂蔭、焚香於下、故女不貞、妻不節、

蓋耶羅破暗已干罪戾、令以色列族陷罪、故耶和華必棄以色列族。

以色列族咸懷二心、必遭重罰、傾其祭壇、毀其偶像。

拉吉居民、始誘郇民、蹈於愆尤、使以色列族犯罪、故以健馬駕車而遁、

撒馬利亞人在伯亞文、奉事犢像、彩色剝落、祭司戰慄、庶民殷憂、

此時、人將求死不得、蓋欲死而不能也、
