耶和華諭摩西曰、攜亞倫杖至法匱前、存之為誌、使此橫逆之輩、無所怨尤、免其殞沒。

既垂其簾、運法匱入、簾隔至聖之室、與聖室相間。

以法匱置其中、垂簾於匱前、

以律法藏於匱、貫杠於旁、置施恩之所於上、舁匱入幕、垂簾於前、以蔽法匱、循耶和華命。

法匱中惟藏二碑、昔以色列族出埃及至何烈山、耶和華與之立約、摩西置碑於匱。

必取鼎、盛我壇上爇炭、香屑一掬、攜入簾中、

我所簡者其杖必萌芽、使以色列族怨爾之言得以止息。

昔耶和華導我列祖出埃及、與之約碑、藏於法匱、我今建室以庋置。

詰旦摩西入焉、見亞倫之杖、屬利未族者、芽櫱已萌、花蕊盡發、結為杏仁。

法匱中惟有二碑、昔以色列族出埃及、至何烈山、耶和華與之立約、摩西置碑於匱。

昔在石上、勒以箴言、為爾所毀、我今復書、當藏於匱。於是我以皂莢木作匱、製二石碑、與前無異、執以登山。民會之日、耶和華在山、由火中、以十誡諭爾、循其前言、書於碑上、錫之於我、我旋踵下山、以二碑藏所作之匱、遵耶和華命、至今猶存。

其盂、其剪、其盤、其匙、其鼎、悉兼金所製、後殿即至聖所之門樞、與前殿之門樞、俱製以金。

摩西與耶和華言時、容光激射、而不自覺、手執法碑二、下西乃山。

摩西曰、耶和華命必以此物充六升、傳於歷代、使知我導汝出埃及、居野時所餉爾者。摩西告亞倫曰、嗎嗱六升藏於器中、置之耶和華前、歷代存焉。亞倫遵命、置於法匱前、以存之。

以皂莢木作匱、長二尺有半、廣與高俱尺有半、匱之內外飾以兼金、其上四周、悉以金緣。鑄金環四、置於四隅、左右各二。以皂莢木作杠、飾以金、兩旁之環、可貫杠以舁匱。杠常貫環、而弗離。我所告汝之律法、宜藏於匱。以兼金作施恩之所、長二尺有半、廣一尺有半。用圓輪法作二𠼻𡀔［口氷］、置施恩所之兩旁、每旁各一、於施恩所之上、𠼻𡀔［口氷］高展其翮、覆翼相對、俯視施恩之所。置施恩之所於匱上、以我所告之律法藏於中。我將降臨於𠼻𡀔［口氷］間、法匱施恩所之上、以諭言示爾、使告以色列族。○

又一天使執金鼎、侍祭壇側、授香無算、以香與聖徒祈禱、獻於位前之金壇、

法匱與其杠、及施恩之所、

庇撒列用皂莢木作匱、長二尺有半、廣與高俱尺有半、匱之內外、飾以兼金、其上四周悉以金緣。鑄金環四、置於四隅、左右各二。以皂莢木作杠、飾以金。兩旁之環、可貫杠以舁匱。

爾之統轄、出自郇邑、爾之仇敵、為爾制伏、皆耶和華所使兮。秉鈞之日、爾之選民、必衣聖服、靡不樂從、爾之冠者、多於朝露兮、

必以皂莢木作壇、焚香其上、形製維方、長廣俱一尺、高二尺、其角亦以木為壇。上與四旁及角、均以兼金飾之、四周之緣、必以金。兩旁緣下、必作金環二、貫杠以舁壇。用皂莢木作杠、飾之以金、
