so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, without sin, to those who are eagerly waiting for him for salvation.

如是基督一獻己以負眾罪、將以無罪復顯於望之者、以致拯救、

如是、基督自獻為眾受刑、祗一獻耳、厥後顯著、不復受刑、欲救所望之者、

如是基督一次獻己、以負負或作贖眾人之罪、後必以無罪再顯著於望之者、使之得救、後必以無罪再顯著於望之者使之得救或作後必再顯著使望之者得救不復有罪當贖

故基督既一度為除眾人之罪而捨生、亦將為其信徒重臨於世、非再贖罪、乃為之超渡也。

so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

In the same way, Christ was offered up once. He took away the sins of many people. He will also come a second time. At that time he will not suffer for sin. Instead, he will come to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.

looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,

For the death that he died, he died to sin one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God.

From now on, the crown of righteousness is stored up for me, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day; and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved his appearing.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.

It shall be said in that day,“ Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and he will save us! This is Yahweh! We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”

Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him; for we will see him just as he is.

Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.

who also said,“ You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who was received up from you into the sky, will come back in the same way as you saw him going into the sky.”

looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, which will cause the burning heavens to be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?

For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.

for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.

and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead: Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath to come.

Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit,

For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;

After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light and be satisfied. My righteous servant will justify many by the knowledge of himself; and he will bear their iniquities.Therefore I will give him a portion with the great. He will divide the plunder with the strong; because he poured out his soul to death and was counted with the transgressors; yet he bore the sins of many and made intercession for the transgressors.

You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and no sin is in him.

But when this perishable body will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen:“ Death is swallowed up in victory.”

For we don’t have a high priest who can’t be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.

If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also.

Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. All the tribes of the earth will mourn over him. Even so, Amen.

so that you come behind in no gift; waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ;

But the free gift isn’t like the trespass. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God, and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.

This is an obvious sign of the righteous judgment of God, to the end that you may be counted worthy of God’s Kingdom, for which you also suffer.Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you,and to give relief to you who are afflicted with us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,punishing those who don’t know God, and to those who don’t obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus,who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,when he comes in that day to be glorified in his saints and to be admired among all those who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed.

You shall flee by the valley of my mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azel; yes, you shall flee, just like you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Yahweh my God will come, and all the holy ones with you.

Surely he has borne our sickness and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted.But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and Yahweh has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Now, brothers, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to him, we ask you

But the Levites shall do the service of the Tent of Meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. Among the children of Israel, they shall have no inheritance.

“ Why haven’t you eaten the sin offering in the place of the sanctuary, since it is most holy, and he has given it to you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before Yahweh?

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.For this we tell you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will in no way precede those who have fallen asleep.For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first,then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.

nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place year by year with blood not his own,

Yahweh said to Aaron,“ You and your sons and your fathers’ house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.
