then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two living clean birds, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:and the priest shall command to kill one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water.As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:and he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let go the living bird into the open field.

And he shall take to cleanse the house two birds, and cedar- wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:and he shall kill one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water:and he shall take the cedar- wood, and the hyssop, and the scarlet, and the living bird, and dip them in the blood of the slain bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seven times:and he shall cleanse the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the living bird, and with the cedar- wood, and with the hyssop, and with the scarlet:

And if his oblation for a sacrifice of peace- offerings unto Jehovah be of the flock; male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.

and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better than that of Abel.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man of you offereth an oblation unto Jehovah, ye shall offer your oblation of the cattle, even of the herd and of the flock.If his oblation be a burnt- offering of the herd, he shall offer it a male without blemish: he shall offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before Jehovah.

And I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.

And if his oblation be of the flock, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt- offering; he shall offer it a male without blemish.

And they clothe him with purple, and platting a crown of thorns, they put it on him;

And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and arrayed him in a purple garment;

For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.

And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side- posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.

And when they had mocked him, they took off from him the purple, and put on him his garments. And they lead him out to crucify him.

so shall he sprinkle many nations; kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they understand.

Jesus therefore came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple garment. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold, the man!

Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
