是以彼為新約之中保、以死而贖前約下之罪愆、俾蒙召者得永業之許、

For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance— now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.

其所預定者召之、召者義之、義者榮之、○

我儕知萬事同工、以益夫愛上帝者、即依其旨而蒙召者也、

惟因基督耶穌之救贖、賴上帝恩、不勞而見義、上帝立耶穌為挽回之祭、俾信之者藉其血而獲宥、以彰上帝義、因其寬容不究既往之罪、今彰其義、致己為義、且義夫信耶穌者、

且非以羊與犢之血、乃以己血、一入聖所、遂獲永贖焉、

爾須忍、致爾既行上帝旨、則得其所許、

蓋上帝惟一、上帝與人之間、中保亦惟一、是亦人也、即基督耶穌也、

且有新約中保耶穌、與所灑之血、此血所言、較亞伯為尤善、

如是、則耶穌為愈善之約之中保矣、

蓋我儕尚弱時、基督依期為不虔者死、

是以清潔之兄弟、與天之召、宜思我儕所信奉之使者大祭司耶穌、

是皆以信得美證、而未獲所許、蓋上帝為我儕所備尤善、使彼外乎我儕者、不得完全也、

夫眾子既屬血氣、彼亦同之、致得由死而滅秉死之權者、即魔也、

如是基督一獻己以負眾罪、將以無罪復顯於望之者、以致拯救、

夫上帝許亞伯拉罕時、因無大於己者可指而誓、乃指己而誓、

皆唱新歌曰、爾堪取卷而啟其印、因爾見殺、曾以爾血、自各族各方各民各國之中、購人以歸上帝、

蓋基督亦一次為罪受苦、義者代不義者、以導我儕歸上帝、其身雖受死、其靈則見甦、

願平康之上帝、曾以永約之血、使羣羊之大牧、我主耶穌、自死復生、

俾得以其恩而見義、且依永生之望、成為嗣子、

施諸恩之上帝、緣基督召爾享其永榮、俾爾於暫苦後、完全、堅固、強健、

希望無誑之上帝、在永世前所許之永生、

約既曰新、則以前者為舊、夫舊而漸衰者、殆近於消滅矣、夫前約有崇事之儀、與斯世之聖所、

凡為我名、舍屋宇、兄弟、姊妹、父母、子女、田疇者、將受百倍、而嗣永生、

忍試者福矣、蓋既經驗必受維生之冕、即主所許於愛己者、

故我因選民而忍諸難、使於基督耶穌而得拯救、並得永榮、

今耶穌得更美之執事、以其為中保於愈善之約、乃於愈善之許而立者、倘前約無缺、則無庸立後約矣、惟視其有缺、則曰、主云、日將至矣、我與以色列家、及猶大家必立新約、

緣此、上帝曾以我儕之福音召爾、俾得我主耶穌基督之榮、

眾歌新詩於座前、及四生物長老前、其歌無能學之者、惟蒙贖出乎地之十四萬四千人而已、彼猶處子、不浼於色、羔之所往、則皆從之、此乃於眾中蒙贖、為初實之果、獻於上帝及羔者、

蓋罪之值乃死、上帝之恩賜乃永生、在我主基督耶穌中焉、

此皆有信而死、未得所許、惟遙望而迎之、自謂在世為賓旅、為寄寓者、

此其所許我者即永生也、

我亦予之永生、終弗淪亡、無能奪之於我手、

祝頌我主耶穌基督之父上帝、依其鴻慈、由耶穌基督自死復起、重生我儕、致獲維生之望、而得不壞不玷不衰之業、為爾存之於天、

王謂在右者曰、爾見寵於我父者、可前而嗣國、乃創世以來為爾所備者也、

惟我尚為罪人時、基督為我死、上帝之愛於此而彰、

耶和華願損傷之、俾遘病患、彼獻己生為贖罪祭、必見厥裔、其壽綿長、耶和華之志、藉其手而大成、主曰、彼必見其艱苦之果、遂得滿志、我之義僕、將以其知識、俾多人為義、而任其過、我必使其與大人共業、與強者分財、以其傾厥生命、至於死亡、與罪人同列、實負多人之咎、為干罪者祈焉、

凡有遺命、必待命之者死、
