夫以山羊牡牛之血、與夫牝牛之灰、灑於汙染之人、尚能潔其身而聖之；

The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean.

The blood of goats and bulls is sprinkled on people. So are the ashes of a young cow. They are sprinkled on people the law called“ unclean.” The people are sprinkled to make them holy. That makes them“ clean” on the outside.

For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling of defiled persons with the ashes of a heifer, sanctify for the purification of the flesh,

Under the old system, the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer could cleanse people’s bodies from ceremonial impurity.

律法中有一例、我今命爾諭以色列人、當牽牝牛至、其色維騂、純全無疵、未曾負軛者、付於祭司以利亞撒、牽之營外、宰於其前、祭司以利亞撒以指蘸牛血、向會幕灑七次、以牛之皮、肉、血、糞、焚於祭司目前、祭司取柏香木、牛膝草、絳色線、悉投於焚牛火中、祭司必不潔至夕、滌衣、以水濯身、然後入營、焚牛者亦不潔至夕、以水滌衣濯身、厥後潔者當取牛之灰、置於營外潔地、為以色列人存之、以作淨水之用、此亦為贖罪之祭、取牛灰者必不潔至夕、當滌衣、以色列人與寄居其中之外邦客旅、當以此為永定之例、凡捫人屍者、必不潔七日、至第三日與第七日、必以此灰淨身、然後成潔、如三日七日、不以此灰淨身、仍為不潔、凡捫人之屍而不淨身、則玷污主之聖所、其人必滅絕於以色列族中、因淨水未灑於其身、仍為不潔、其不潔尚存、若人死於幕中、亦有定例、凡入其幕或已在幕者、必不潔七日、凡器皿啟開、不覆以蓋者、亦蒙不潔、凡在野或捫見殺者與自死者之屍、或捫人骨、或捫塚墓、必不潔七日、當為不潔者、取所焚贖罪祭牝牛之灰少許、置於器皿、加以活水、必一潔者、取牛膝草置於水中、灑於幕與諸器皿、及幕內之諸人、又灑於捫屍骨、或捫見殺者與自死者之屍、或捫塚墓者、第三日、第七日、潔者必灑於不潔者、至第七日使之成潔、彼更滌衣、以水濯身、至夕始潔、人若蒙不潔而不淨身、必滅絕於會中、因玷污主之聖所、淨水未灑於其身、仍為不潔、此為爾永定之例、灑淨水者、當滌衣、捫淨水者、必不潔至夕、

又取犢血少許、以指蘸血、灑於贖罪蓋之東、又撒於贖罪蓋之前、凡七次、乃宰為民作贖罪祭之牡山羊、攜其血入幔內、灑於贖罪蓋上、又灑於贖罪蓋前、如撒犢之血然、亞倫緣以色列人之不潔、愆尤罪戾、如此為內聖所行潔禮、又緣其不潔在會幕四圍、或作緣會幕在其不潔之中亦為會幕如是行、

爾既賴聖神、而潔己心、致能順真理、以愛兄弟無偽、則當由清潔之心、彼此切愛、

求主以牛膝草潔淨我、我即盡淨、洗滌我、我乃比雪尤白、

不分彼我、惟以信潔其心、

使之成潔、當如是以行、以贖罪之水、灑於其身、使以刀薙全體毫髮、洗滌其衣、如是成潔、
