顧天主嘗責先人曰：『主曰：「時將至、爾其拭目視！吾與義塞及猶太、亟欲訂立新盟約。

But God found fault with the people and said:“ The days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.

But showing its fault, God says to them,“ Look, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will complete a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.

并新约的中保耶稣，以及所洒的血；这血所说的信息比亚伯的血所说的更美。

他使我们能配作新约的执事，不是文字上的约，而是圣灵的约；因为文字使人死，圣灵能使人活。

我要跟他们立永远的约，要施恩给他们，绝不转离；又要把敬畏我的心放在他们心里，不离弃我。

“主说：那些日子以后，我与他们所立的约是这样的：我要将我的律法放在他们的心上，又要写在他们的心思里。”并说：“他们的罪恶和他们的过犯，我绝不再记得。”

然而我要追念在你幼年时我与你所立的约，也要与你立定永约。当你接纳你的姊姊和妹妹时，你要追念你所行的，自觉惭愧；并且我要将她们赏给你做女儿，却不是按着我与你所立的约。

饭后，他也照样拿起杯来，说：“这杯是用我的血所立的新约；你们每逢喝的时候，要如此行，来记念我。”

为此，基督作了新约的中保；因为他的死，赎了人在第一个约之时所犯的罪过，使蒙召的人能得着所应许永远的产业。

他又对门徒说：“那些日子将到，你们渴望能看见人子的一个日子，却看不见。

耶稣对他们说：“这是我立约的血，为许多人流出来的。

并且我要与他们立平安的约，作为永约。我要安顿他们，使他们人数增多，又在他们中间设立我的圣所，直到永远。

因为这是我立约的血，为许多人流出来，使罪得赦。

“你没有留意这百姓所说的话吗？他们说：‘耶和华所拣选的二族，他已经弃绝了。’他们这样藐视我的百姓，不把他们当作国来看待。耶和华如此说：除非我没有立白日黑夜之约，也未曾安排天和地的定例，否则我不会弃绝雅各的后裔和我仆人大卫的后裔，使大卫的后裔不再治理亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的后裔。我必使他们被掳的人归回，也必怜悯他们。”

“看哪，日子将到，我要使人的后代和牲畜的种，在以色列家和犹大家繁衍。这是耶和华说的。

“看哪，日子将到，我要为大卫兴起公义的苗裔；他必掌王权，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公义。这是耶和华说的。

看哪，日子将到，我要使我的百姓以色列和犹大被掳的人归回。这是耶和华说的。耶和华说：我要使他们回到我所赐给他们祖先之地，他们就得这地为业。”

“看哪，日子将到，人必不再指着那领以色列人从埃及地上来的永生耶和华起誓。这是耶和华说的。

当侧耳而听，来到我这里；要听，就必存活。我要与你们立永约，就是应许给大卫那可靠的慈爱。

看哪，日子将到，这城必为耶和华而造，从哈楠业楼直到角门。这是耶和华说的。
