他是神荣耀的光辉，是神本质的真象，用自己带有能力的话掌管万有；他作成了洁净罪恶的事，就坐在高天至尊者的右边。

所以，你们既然与基督一同复活，就应当寻求天上的事，那里有基督坐在神的右边。

得胜的，我必定赐他和我一同坐在我的宝座上，正像我得了胜和我父一同坐在他的宝座上一样。

所以，他必须在各方面和他的弟兄们相同，为了要在神的事上，成为仁慈忠信的大祭司，好为人民赎罪。

这样的一位大祭司，对我们本是合适的。他是圣洁、没有邪恶、没有玷污、从罪人中分别出来、高过众天的。他不必像那些大祭司，天天先为自己的罪献祭，然后为人民的罪献祭；因为他献上了自己，就把这事一次而永远的成全了。律法所立的大祭司，都是软弱的人；可是在律法以后，用誓言所立的儿子，却是成为完全直到永远的。

专一注视耶稣，就是那位信心的创造者和完成者。他因为那摆在面前的喜乐，就忍受了十字架，轻看了羞辱，现在就坐在神宝座的右边。

唯有基督献上了一次永远有效的赎罪祭，就在神的右边坐下来。

他因你的救恩大有荣耀，你又把尊荣和威严加给他。

耶和华啊，尊大、能力、荣耀、胜利和威严，都是你的；因为天上地下的万有都是你的；耶和华啊，国度是你的，你是至高的，是万有之首。

大能者啊！愿你腰间佩上刀，彰显你的尊荣和威严。在你的威严中，为了真理、谦卑和公义的缘故，你胜利地乘车前进；愿你的右手施行可畏的事。

剩余的人必高声欢呼，在西边的，要宣扬耶和华的威严。

好使世人知道你大能的作为，和你国威严的尊荣。

我的心哪！你要称颂耶和华；耶和华我的神啊！你真伟大；你以尊荣和威严为衣服。

耶和华对我主说：“你坐在我的右边，等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳。”（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）

（我为这奥秘作了被捆锁的使者），也使我按着应当说的，放胆宣讲这福音的奥秘。

他必站立起来，靠着耶和华的能力，靠着耶和华他神之名的威严，牧养他的羊群；他们必然安居，因为那时他必尊大，直到地极。

金光来自北方，在神的周围有可怕的威严。

神可曾向哪一个天使说：“你坐在我的右边，等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳”呢？
