卻背棄了真理，就不可能再次更新以至於悔改了。因為他們親自把神的兒子再次釘上十字架，公然羞辱他。

若是离弃道理，就不能叫他们从新懊悔了。因为他们把神的儿子重钉十字架，明明地羞辱他。

却背弃了真道，让他们重新悔改是不可能的。因为他们等于把上帝的儿子重新钉在十字架上，使祂再度公开受辱。

後竟背教、其不克悔改自新、猶復釘上帝子於十字架、而顯辱之、

後竟背教、則不能再悔改自新、因其復釘天主子於十字架而顯辱之、

而竟中途背棄聖道、若而人者、不啻親手重釘基督於十字架上、且當眾而辱之也。欲其再行悔過自新、尚可得乎？

and who have fallen away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.

But they have fallen away from the faith. So it won’t be possible to bring them back. They won’t be able to turn away from their sins. They are losing everything. That’s because they are nailing the Son of God to the cross all over again. They are bringing shame on him in front of everyone.

因為認識了義的道路以後，背離那交託給他們的神聖誡命，對他們來說，倒不如不認識還好。

何況一個人踐踏了神的兒子，把那使自己成聖的立約之血看做是俗物，又侮辱了恩典的聖靈，你們想想，這個人難道不該受更厲害的懲罰嗎？

原來，如果有人蒙過一次光照、嘗過屬天恩賜的滋味、曾經與聖靈有份、

如果有人看見自己的弟兄在犯不至於死的罪，就應該為他祈求；這樣，神將把生命賜給他，就是給那些犯不至於死的罪的人。有一種罪是至於死的；關於那種罪我不說要祈求。

但叛逆者和罪人必一同敗亡，離棄耶和華的必將滅絕。

溫柔地管教那些反對的人；或許神會賜給這些人悔改的心，到真理的知識當中。

那些路過的人辱罵耶穌，搖著頭，說：「咳！你這個要拆毀聖所、三天內又建起來的人哪，從十字架上下來，救救你自己吧！」同樣，祭司長們也與經文士們一起嘲笑，相互說：「他救了別人，卻不能救自己！這個基督，以色列的王，現在讓他從十字架上下來吧，好讓我們看了就相信！」與耶穌一起被釘十字架的人也責罵他。

神哪，求你為我造一顆純淨的心，使我裡面重新有堅定的靈！

仰望信仰的創始者和成終者耶穌。他為了那擺在他前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架，如今坐在神寶座的右邊。

那時，有兩個強盜與耶穌一起被釘十字架，一個在右邊，一個在左邊。那些路過的人辱罵耶穌，搖著頭，說：「你這個要拆毀聖所、三天內又建起來的人哪，救救你自己吧！你如果是神的兒子，就從十字架上下來吧！」同樣，祭司長們也與經文士們和長老們一起嘲笑，說：「他救了別人，卻不能救自己！他是以色列的王！現在讓他從十字架上下來吧，這樣我們就信靠他！他依靠神，如果神喜悅他，就讓神現在救他吧！因為他說過『我是神的兒子。』」與耶穌一起被釘十字架的強盜也同樣地責罵他。

這樣，你們就見證了自己是殺害先知們的那些人的後代。你們去充滿你們祖先的惡貫吧！

耶穌注視著他們，說：「在人，這是不可能的；但是在神，凡事都可能。」

「我必把恩惠和懇求的靈傾注於大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民。他們將仰望我，就是他們所刺的那一位。他們將為他哀哭，哀號如喪獨生子；他們將為他悲痛，悲痛如喪長子。到那日，耶路撒冷必有極大的哀號，如米吉多平原上哈達-臨門的哀號。這地必哀哭，各家族都獨在一處：大衛家族獨在一處，他們的女人獨在一處；拿單家族獨在一處，他們的女人獨在一處；利未家族獨在一處，他們的女人獨在一處；示每家族獨在一處，他們的女人獨在一處；其餘的所有家族，各個都獨在一處，他們的女人獨在一處。」

民眾站著觀看。首領們也譏笑，說：「他救了別人！如果這個人是神的基督，是蒙揀選的那一位，讓他救自己吧！」士兵們也上前來戲弄他，給他獻上酸酒，說：「你如果是猶太人的王，救救你自己吧！」在耶穌的上方有一個牌子：「這是猶太人的王。」被懸掛的兩個囚犯中，有一個辱罵他說：「你不是基督嗎？救救你自己，也救救我們吧！」

因此對你們祖先的行為，你們是見證人，你們也贊同，因為他們殺害了先知們，你們就建造先知的墳墓。
