如果偏離了正道，就不可能再使他們重新悔改了。因為他們親自把神的兒子再釘在十字架上，公然羞辱他。

若是离弃道理，就不能叫他们从新懊悔了。因为他们把神的儿子重钉十字架，明明地羞辱他。

却背弃了真道，让他们重新悔改是不可能的。因为他们等于把上帝的儿子重新钉在十字架上，使祂再度公开受辱。

後若離棄、則不能使之更新而改悔、因其復釘上帝子於十架而顯辱之、

後竟背教、其不克悔改自新、猶復釘上帝子於十字架、而顯辱之、

後竟背教、則不能再悔改自新、因其復釘天主子於十字架而顯辱之、

而竟中途背棄聖道、若而人者、不啻親手重釘基督於十字架上、且當眾而辱之也。欲其再行悔過自新、尚可得乎？

and who have fallen away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.

But they have fallen away from the faith. So it won’t be possible to bring them back. They won’t be able to turn away from their sins. They are losing everything. That’s because they are nailing the Son of God to the cross all over again. They are bringing shame on him in front of everyone.

既然認識了義路，竟又背棄傳給他們的聖誡命，對他們來說，倒不如不認識好得多了。

何況是踐踏神的兒子，把那使他成聖的立約的血當作俗物，又侮辱施恩的聖靈的人，你們想想，他不是應該受更嚴厲的刑罰嗎？

因為那些曾經蒙了光照，嘗過屬天的恩賜的滋味，與聖靈有分，

如果有人看見弟兄犯了不至於死的罪，他就要祈求，神必因他的緣故，把生命賜給那些犯了不至於死的罪的人；有至於死的罪，我不說他應當為那罪祈求。

但悖逆的和犯罪的，必一同滅亡，離棄耶和華的，也必滅亡。

以溫柔勸導那些對抗的人，或許神給他們悔改的心，可以認識真理。

過路的人譏笑他，搖著頭說：“哼，你這個要拆毀聖所，三日之內又把它建造起來的，從十字架上把自己救下來吧！”祭司長和經學家也同樣譏笑他，彼此說：“他救了別人，卻不能救自己；以色列的王基督啊，現在可以從十字架上下來，讓我們看見就信吧。”那和他同釘十字架的人也侮辱他。

神啊！求你為我造一顆清潔的心，求你使我裡面重新有堅定的靈。

專一注視耶穌，就是那位信心的創造者和完成者。他因為那擺在面前的喜樂，就忍受了十字架，輕看了羞辱，現在就坐在神寶座的右邊。

當時，有兩個強盜和他一同釘十字架，一個在右，一個在左。過路的人嘲笑他，搖著頭說：“你這個想拆毀聖所，三日之內又把它建造起來的，救救自己吧！如果你是神的兒子，從十字架上下來吧！”祭司長、經學家和長老也同樣譏笑他，說：“他救了別人，卻不能救自己。如果他是以色列的王，現在可以從十字架上下來，我們就信他。他信靠神；如果神喜悅他，就讓神現在救他吧，因為他說自己是神的兒子。”和他一同釘十字架的強盜也都這樣侮辱他。

這樣，你們就指證自己是殺害先知的人的子孫了。那麼，去完成你們祖先的罪孽吧！

耶穌看著他們說：“在人這是不能的，在神卻凡事都能。”

“我必把那恩慈與懇求的靈傾注在大衛家和耶路撒冷居民的身上。他們必仰望我，就是他們所刺的；他們要為他哀哭，好像喪獨生子；他們必為他悲痛，好像喪長子。到那日，耶路撒冷必有極大的哀哭，像在米吉多平原的哈達臨門的哀哭一樣。全地都要哀哭，一家一家獨在一處哀哭。大衛家獨在一處，他們的婦女也獨在一處；拿單家獨在一處，他們的婦女也獨在一處；利未家獨在一處，他們的婦女也獨在一處；示每家獨在一處，他們的婦女也獨在一處；其餘的各家都是一家一家獨在一處，他們的婦女也獨在一處。”

群眾站著觀看，官長們嗤笑說：“他救了別人，如果他是基督，是神所揀選的，讓他救自己吧！”士兵也上前戲弄他，拿酸酒給他喝，說：“如果你是猶太人的王，救你自己吧！”在耶穌的頭以上有一個牌子寫著：“這是猶太人的王。”懸掛著的犯人中，有一個侮辱他說：“你不是基督嗎？救你自己和我們吧！”

這樣，你們就成了證人，對你們祖先的作為表示同意；他們殺害先知，你們修造先知的墳墓。
