卻背棄了真道，讓他們重新悔改是不可能的。因為他們等於把上帝的兒子重新釘在十字架上，使祂再度公開受辱。

若是离弃道理，就不能叫他们从新懊悔了。因为他们把神的儿子重钉十字架，明明地羞辱他。

若背離了正道，要叫他們再復新而悔改、是不可能的，因為他們已在自己身上把上帝的兒子重釘十字架，使他公然被羞辱了。

卻背棄了真理，就不可能再次更新以至於悔改了。因為他們親自把神的兒子再次釘上十字架，公然羞辱他。

後若離棄、則不能使之更新而改悔、因其復釘上帝子於十架而顯辱之、

後竟背教、其不克悔改自新、猶復釘上帝子於十字架、而顯辱之、

後竟背教、則不能再悔改自新、因其復釘天主子於十字架而顯辱之、

而竟中途背棄聖道、若而人者、不啻親手重釘基督於十字架上、且當眾而辱之也。欲其再行悔過自新、尚可得乎？

and who have fallen away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.

But they have fallen away from the faith. So it won’t be possible to bring them back. They won’t be able to turn away from their sins. They are losing everything. That’s because they are nailing the Son of God to the cross all over again. They are bringing shame on him in front of everyone.

and who then turn away from God. It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame.

他們明知道正路，卻背棄了傳給他們的神聖誡命，這樣倒不如不知道的好。

更何況人踐踏上帝的兒子，輕看那使人聖潔的立約之血，又藐視賜人恩典的聖靈？這等人該受多麼重的刑罰啊！

有些人曾蒙上帝光照，嚐過天賜恩典的滋味，有份於聖靈，

若有人看見信徒犯了不至於死的罪，就當為他禱告，上帝必將生命賜給他。有的罪會導致死亡，我並不是說你們要為這樣的罪禱告。

但叛逆之輩和犯罪之徒必遭毀滅，背棄耶和華的人必滅亡。

要溫柔地規勸那些反對我們的人，也許上帝會賜給他們悔改的心，使他們明白真理，

過路的人都嘲笑祂，搖著頭說：「哈，你這要把聖殿拆毀又在三天內重建的人啊，救救你自己，從十字架上下來吧！」祭司長和律法教師也嘲諷說：「祂救了別人，卻救不了自己！以色列的王基督，現在從十字架上下來吧！讓我們看看，我們就信了！」與祂同釘十字架的強盜也對祂出言不遜。

上帝啊，求你為我造一顆純潔的心，使我裡面重新有正直的靈。

定睛仰望為我們的信心創始成終的耶穌。祂為了擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的痛苦，如今已坐在上帝寶座的右邊。

有兩個強盜也被釘在十字架上，一個在祂右邊，一個在祂左邊。過路的人都嘲笑祂，搖著頭說：「你這聲稱把聖殿拆毀又在三天內重建的人啊，救救自己吧！你要是上帝的兒子，就從十字架上下來吧！」祭司長、律法教師和長老也嘲諷說：「祂救了別人，卻救不了自己！祂要是以色列的王，就從十字架上跳下來吧！我們就信祂。祂說信靠上帝，如果上帝喜悅祂，就讓上帝來救祂吧！因為祂自稱是上帝的兒子。」甚至跟祂一同被釘十字架的強盜也這樣嘲笑祂。

這樣，你們自己證明自己是殺害先知之人的後代。去填滿你們祖先的罪惡吧！

耶穌看著他們說：「對人而言，這不可能；但對上帝而言，凡事都可能。」

「我必將施恩和禱告的靈澆灌在大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民身上。他們必仰望我——他們所刺的那位，如喪獨子一般為祂哀傷，如喪長子一般為祂痛哭。到那天，耶路撒冷必一片哀聲，猶如米吉多平原的哈達臨門的哀聲。境內家家戶戶都必哀哭。大衛家的男子在一處，女子在一處；拿單家的男子在一處，女子在一處；利未家的男子在一處，女子在一處；示每家的男子在一處，女子在一處。其餘各家也都哀哭，男女分開。

百姓站著觀看，官長嘲笑耶穌說：「祂救了別人，如果祂是上帝所選立的基督，讓祂救自己吧！」士兵們也戲弄祂，拿了些酸酒上前給祂喝，又說：「如果你是猶太人的王，救救自己呀！」耶穌上方有一塊牌子，上面寫著：「這是猶太人的王」。跟耶穌同釘十字架的一個罪犯也譏笑耶穌，說：「你不是基督嗎？救你自己和我們呀！」

所以你們是見證人，你們讚同祖先的行為，因為他們殺了先知，你們為先知造墳墓。
