何則、天主不負有心人、對於爾等之工作、爾等之敬愛聖名、供養聖徒、至今未懈、天主必不致忘懷也。

God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.

God is fair. He will not forget what you have done. He will remember the love you have shown him. You showed it when you helped his people. And you show it when you keep on helping them.

For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

So then, as we have opportunity, let us work that which is good toward all men, and especially toward them that are of the household of the faith.

remembering without ceasing your work of faith and labor of love and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father;

He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker; But he that hath mercy on the needy honoreth him.

And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

And he, fastening his eyes upon him, and being affrighted, said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are gone up for a memorial before God.

ye being enriched in everything unto all liberality, which worketh through us thanksgiving to God.For the ministration of this service not only filleth up the measure of the wants of the saints, but aboundeth also through many thanksgivings unto God;seeing that through the proving of you by this ministration they glorify God for the obedience of your confession unto the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution unto them and unto all;while they themselves also, with supplication on your behalf, long after you by reason of the exceeding grace of God in you.Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.

We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not abideth in death.Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.Hereby know we love, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.But whoso hath the world’s goods, and beholdeth his brother in need, and shutteth up his compassion from him, how doth the love of God abide in him?My little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue; but in deed and truth.

And the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren that dwelt in Judæa:

for even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my need.Not that I seek for the gift; but I seek for the fruit that increaseth to your account.But I have all things, and abound: I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, an odor of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well- pleasing to God.

Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God which hath been given in the churches of Macedonia;how that in much proof of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.For according to their power, I bear witness, yea and beyond their power, they gave of their own accord,beseeching us with much entreaty in regard of this grace and the fellowship in the ministering to the saints:and this, not as we had hoped, but first they gave their own selves to the Lord, and to us through the will of God.Insomuch that we exhorted Titus, that as he had made a beginning before, so he would also complete in you this grace also.But as ye abound in everything, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all earnestness, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also.I speak not by way of commandment, but as proving through the earnestness of others the sincerity also of your love.For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might become rich.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I gave order to the churches of Galatia, so also do ye.Upon the first day of the week let each one of you lay by him in store, as he may prosper, that no collections be made when I come.And when I arrive, whomsoever ye shall approve, them will I send with letters to carry your bounty unto Jerusalem:

and saith, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God.

He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto Jehovah, And his good deed will he pay him again.

Remember unto me, O my God, for good, all that I have done for this people.

Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember how I stood before thee to speak good for them, to turn away thy wrath from them.

but now, I say, I go unto Jerusalem, ministering unto the saints.For it hath been the good pleasure of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints that are at Jerusalem.Yea, it hath been their good pleasure; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, they owe it to them also to minister unto them in carnal things.

henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give to me at that day; and not to me only, but also to all them that have loved his appearing.

Remember all thy offerings, And accept thy burnt- sacrifice;[ Selah

For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:

For ye, brethren, were called for freedom; only use not your freedom for an occasion to the flesh, but through love be servants one to another.

Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.And it came to pass in those days, that she fell sick, and died: and when they had washed her, they laid her in an upper chamber.And as Lydda was nigh unto Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men unto him, entreating him, Delay not to come on unto us.And Peter arose and went with them. And when he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.

if so be that it is a righteous thing with God to recompense affliction to them that afflict you,and to you that are afflicted rest with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with the angels of his power in flaming fire,

Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not its own, is not provoked, taketh not account of evil;rejoiceth not in unrighteousness, but rejoiceth with the truth;beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

And I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember unto me, O my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy lovingkindness.

and for the wood- offering, at times appointed, and for the first- fruits. Remember me, O my God, for good.

The Rock, his work is perfect; For all his ways are justice: A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, Just and right is he.

Go, and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith Jehovah, I remember for thee the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals; how thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.Israel was holiness unto Jehovah, the first- fruits of his increase: all that devour him shall be held guilty; evil shall come upon them, saith Jehovah.

God forbid: yea, let God be found true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy words, And mightest prevail when thou comest into judgment.But if our unrighteousness commendeth the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who visiteth with wrath?( I speak after the manner of men.)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith working through love.
