So also Christ did not glorify himself in becoming high priest, but the one who glorified him was God, who said to him,“ You are my Son! Today I have fathered you,”

如此，基督也不是自取荣耀作大祭司，乃是在乎向他说“你是我的儿子，我今日生你”的那一位；

同样，基督也没有自取作大祭司的荣耀，而是在乎向他说话的那一位，他说：“你是我的儿子，我今日生了你。”

同样，基督也没有自取作大祭司的荣耀，而是在乎向他说话的那一位，他说：“你是我的儿子，我今日生了你。”

同样，基督也没有自取荣耀做大祭司，是上帝对祂说：“你是我的儿子，我今日成为你父亲。”

照样，基督也没有自己争取作大祭司的尊荣，而是曾经对他说：“你是我的儿子，我今日生了你”的神荣耀了他；

同样，也不是基督荣耀了自己成为大祭司，而是曾经对他说“你是我的儿子，我今天生了你”的那一位荣耀了他；

如此，基督也不是自取榮耀作大祭司，乃是在乎向他說「你是我的兒子，我今日生你」的那一位；

同樣，基督也沒有自取作大祭司的榮耀，而是在乎向他說話的那一位，他說：「你是我的兒子，我今日生了你。」

同樣，基督也沒有自取作大祭司的榮耀，而是在乎向他說話的那一位，他說：「你是我的兒子，我今日生了你。」

同樣，基督也沒有自取榮耀做大祭司，是上帝對祂說：「你是我的兒子，我今日成為你父親。」

照樣，基督也沒有自己爭取作大祭司的尊榮，而是曾經對他說：“你是我的兒子，我今日生了你”的神榮耀了他；

照樣，基督受職為大祭司、也沒有榮耀自己，乃是向他宣說者榮耀他，說：『你是我的兒子，我今日生了你』。

同樣，也不是基督榮耀了自己成為大祭司，而是曾經對他說「你是我的兒子，我今天生了你」的那一位榮耀了他；

如是基督之為大祭司、亦非自榮、乃上帝語之曰、爾乃我子、今日生爾、

基督亦未嘗以祭司長自尊、惟上帝諭之曰、爾乃吾子、今日生爾、

如此、基督亦未嘗自尊為大祭司、乃語彼云、爾乃我子、我今日生爾者立之為大祭司、

基督亦何獨不然、固未曾自尊自榮、以任大司祭也。乃天主諭之曰：『爾乃吾子、生於今日。』

In the same way, Christ did not take on himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him,“ You are my Son; today I have become your Father.”

It was the same for Christ. He did not take for himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him,“ You are my Son. Today I have become your Father.”( Psalm 2:7)

So also Christ did not exalt himself to be made a high priest, but was appointed by him who said to him,“ You are my Son, today I have begotten you”;

That is why Christ did not honor himself by assuming he could become High Priest. No, he was chosen by God, who said to him,“ You are my Son. Today I have become your Father.”

In the same way, Christ did not exalt himself to become a high priest, but God who said to him, You are my Son; today I have become your Father,

So too Christ did not glorify Himself in becoming a high priest, but it was He who said to Him,“ You are My Son, Today I have fathered You”;

So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him:“ You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.”

So Christ also glorified not himself to be made a high priest, but he that spake unto him, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten thee:

In the same way, the Messiah did not exalt Himself to become a high priest, but the One who said to Him, You are My Son; today I have become Your Father,

So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.

So also Christ didn’t glorify himself to be made a high priest, but it was he who said to him,“ You are my Son. Today I have become your father.”

The king says,“ I will announce the LORD’S decree. He said to me:‘ You are my son! This very day I have become your father!

Jesus replied,“ If I glorify myself, my glory is worthless. The one who glorifies me is my Father, about whom you people say,‘ He is our God.’

The person who speaks on his own authority desires to receive honor for himself; the one who desires the honor of the one who sent him is a man of integrity, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

For to which of the angels did God ever say,“ You are my son! Today I have fathered you”? And in another place he says,“ I will be his father and he will be my son.”

that this promise God has fulfilled to us, their children, by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second psalm,‘ You are my Son; today I have fathered you.’

For God achieved what the law could not do because it was weakened through the flesh. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,

( 5: 1) As for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, seemingly insignificant among the clans of Judah– from you a king will emerge who will rule over Israel on my behalf, one whose origins are in the distant past.

For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

After God spoke long ago in various portions and in various ways to our ancestors through the prophets,
