For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words:“ On the seventh day God rested from all his works.”

Somewhere he spoke about the seventh day. He said,“ On the seventh day God rested from all his works.”( Genesis 2:2)

For he has somewhere spoken of the seventh day in this way:“ And God rested on the seventh day from all his works.”

We know it is ready because of the place in the Scriptures where it mentions the seventh day:“ On the seventh day God rested from all his work.”

So the heavens and the earth and everything in them were completed.By the seventh day God completed His work that He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work that He had done.

But one has somewhere testified: What is man that You remember him, or the son of man that You care for him?
