Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

故當毅然近於恩座、以得矜恤、並承隨時之恩佑焉、

故當毅然至沾恩之位之前、得矜恤恩寵、適合機宜而助我、

故我儕當毅然至施恩之寶座前、則可蒙矜恤、受恩寵、隨時得祐助焉、

是故吾人儘可拓開心胸、從容自在、趨近慈恩座前、俾蒙憐恤、而獲及時之恩佑也。

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

So let us boldly approach God’s throne of grace. Then we will receive mercy. We will find grace to help us when we need it.

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,and having a High Priest over the house of God,let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

So we may boldly say:“ The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me.And He said to me,“ My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out,“ Abba, Father.”The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,and if children, then heirs— heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

“ Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent?If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

for the law made nothing perfect; on the other hand, there is the bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.

and the Lord said to Moses:“ Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark, lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat.

and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. Of these things we cannot now speak in detail.

“ You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold; two and a half cubits shall be its length and a cubit and a half its width.And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work you shall make them at the two ends of the mercy seat.Make one cherub at one end, and the other cherub at the other end; you shall make the cherubim at the two ends of it of one piece with the mercy seat.And the cherubim shall stretch out their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and they shall face one another; the faces of the cherubim shall be toward the mercy seat.You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the Testimony that I will give you.And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the Testimony, about everything which I will give you in commandment to the children of Israel.

When its boughs are withered, they will be broken off; The women come and set them on fire. For it is a people of no understanding; Therefore He who made them will not have mercy on them, And He who formed them will show them no favor.

Then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the vestibule, its houses, its treasuries, its upper chambers, its inner chambers, and the place of the mercy seat;
