其餘的被騎馬者口中吐出的劍殺了；眾鳥都喫飽了他們的肉。

故此你要悔改；不然，我就迅速臨到你，用我口中的劍同他們爭戰。

祈求完了、他們聚集的地方都搖動了；眾人都充滿着聖靈，放膽無懼講上帝之道。

做過你們領袖的、將上帝之道對你們宣講的人、你們要懷念；他們行事為人的結局、你們要留心回看，效法他們的信德。

我又看見有座位，並有坐在上面的；有審判權賜給他們。我看見那些捨生為耶穌作見證、為上帝之道被斬首者的靈魂、那些沒有拜過獸或獸像、沒有受過印記在額上和手上的人：他們都活了過來，與基督一同掌王權一千年。

我必以死亡擊殺她的兒女；眾教會就知道我是探索透人肺腑腎腸的；我必照你們的行為將各人所應得的報給你們。

這比喻就是：那種子、是上帝之道。

願賜平安的上帝親自使你們全然聖化；願你們的靈、心、身，當我們主耶穌基督御臨的時候、得蒙保守完整、無可責備。

大能者啊，願你的大腿邊佩刀，帶着你的尊榮威嚴！

他照他的意思、用真理之道生了我們，要使我們做他所創造的萬物中一種初熟的果子。

眾人聽了，心裏被扎，就對彼得和其餘的使徒說：『同人弟兄們，我們應當怎樣行？』

他憑義氣為貧寒人申正義，以正直判斷國中的困苦人；他以口中的杖擊打強橫人，以嘴裏的氣殺死惡人。

卻拒絕了可恥的隱密事，不行於狡猾，也不混淆上帝之道，只將真理顯揚出來，在上帝面前、把自己推薦與各人的良知。

我們不像許多人為利而淆亂上帝之道；我們乃是出於純潔、乃是出於上帝、在基督裏當着上帝面前說話的。

智慧人的話好像犂刺；語集中的成分又像釘得牢固的釘子：都是一個牧者所賜的。

其終局卻苦似苦堇，快如雙刃之刀。

你能力之杖、永恆主從錫安送出來；你在你仇敵中掌權柄哦。

但在蒙召的、無論是猶太人、是希利尼人、基督總是上帝能力、上帝的智慧。

會眾聽了，心如刀割，就起意要殺掉使徒。
