耶和華說：「我的話豈不像火，又像能打碎磐石的大錘嗎？」

我口所出的話也必如此，決不徒然返回，卻要成就我所喜悅的，在我發他去成就的事上必然亨通。

並戴上救恩的頭盔，拿着聖靈的寶劍，就是神的道；

你們蒙了重生，不是由於能壞的種子，乃是由於不能壞的種子，是藉着神活潑常存的道。

他使我的口如快刀，將我藏在他手蔭之下；又使我成為磨亮的箭，將我藏在他箭袋之中；

你的言語一解開就發出亮光，使愚人通達。

我不以福音為恥；這福音本是神的大能，要救一切相信的，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。

有利劍從他口中出來，可以擊殺列國。他必用鐵杖轄管他們，並要踹全能神烈怒的酒醡。

我－耶和華是鑒察人心、試驗人肺腑的，要照各人所行的和他做事的結果報應他。

我們爭戰的兵器本不是屬血氣的，乃是在神面前有能力，可以攻破堅固的營壘，將各樣的計謀，各樣攔阻人認識神的那些自高之事，一概攻破了，又將人所有的心意奪回，使他都順服基督。

凡事受了責備，就被光顯明出來，因為一切能顯明的就是光。

願他們口中稱讚神為高，手裏有兩刃的刀，

主乃活石，固然是被人所棄的，卻是被神所揀選、所寶貴的。你們來到主面前，也就像活石，被建造成為靈宮，作聖潔的祭司，藉着耶穌基督奉獻神所悅納的靈祭。

我坐下，我起來，你都曉得；你從遠處知道我的意念。

若都作先知講道，偶然有不信的，或是不通方言的人進來，就被眾人勸醒，被眾人審明，他心裏的隱情顯露出來，就必將臉伏地，敬拜神，說：「神真是在你們中間了。」

我是從天上降下來生命的糧；人若吃這糧，就必永遠活着。我所要賜的糧就是我的肉，為世人之生命所賜的。」

其餘的被騎白馬者口中出來的劍殺了；飛鳥都吃飽了他們的肉。

所以，你當悔改；若不悔改，我就快臨到你那裏，用我口中的劍攻擊他們。

禱告完了，聚會的地方震動，他們就都被聖靈充滿，放膽講論神的道。

從前引導你們、傳神之道給你們的人，你們要想念他們，效法他們的信心，留心看他們為人的結局。

我又看見幾個寶座，也有坐在上面的，並有審判的權柄賜給他們。我又看見那些因為給耶穌作見證，並為神之道被斬者的靈魂，和那沒有拜過獸與獸像，也沒有在額上和手上受過他印記之人的靈魂，他們都復活了，與基督一同作王一千年。

我又要殺死她的黨類，叫眾教會知道，我是那察看人肺腑心腸的，並要照你們的行為報應你們各人。

「這比喻乃是這樣：種子就是神的道。

願賜平安的神親自使你們全然成聖！又願你們的靈與魂與身子得蒙保守，在我們主耶穌基督降臨的時候，完全無可指摘！

大能者啊，願你腰間佩刀，大有榮耀和威嚴！

他按自己的旨意，用真道生了我們，叫我們在他所造的萬物中好像初熟的果子。

眾人聽見這話，覺得扎心，就對彼得和其餘的使徒說：「弟兄們，我們當怎樣行？」

卻要以公義審判貧窮人，以正直判斷世上的謙卑人，以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

乃將那些暗昧可恥的事棄絕了；不行詭詐，不謬講神的道理，只將真理表明出來，好在神面前把自己薦與各人的良心。

我們不像那許多人，為利混亂神的道；乃是由於誠實，由於神，在神面前憑着基督講道。

智慧人的言語好像刺棍；會中之師的言語又像釘穩的釘子，都是一個牧者所賜的。

至終卻苦似茵蔯，快如兩刃的刀。

耶和華必使你從錫安伸出能力的杖來；你要在你仇敵中掌權。

但在那蒙召的，無論是猶太人、希臘人，基督總為神的能力，神的智慧。

公會的人聽見就極其惱怒，想要殺他們。
