For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God[ did] from his.

蓋入其安息者、亦以畢其工而安息、如上帝然、

享此安息者、則事畢而安息、如上帝然、

凡得安息者、必皆工竣而安息、如天主之工竣而安息然、

凡入天主之安寧者、則得脫於一切勞苦、而享無疆之休；適如天主於第七日之所為也。

for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his.

God rested from his work. Those who enjoy God’s rest also rest from their works.
