是以清潔之兄弟、與天之召、宜思我儕所信奉之使者大祭司耶穌、

廉潔兄弟、共蒙天召、當深思吾教祭司長、奉上帝命之耶穌基督、

聖潔兄弟、共蒙天召者、爾當深思我教之使者與大祭司、我教之使者與大祭司或作我儕所信為使者為大祭司者即基督耶穌、

是故同蒙恩召之聖兄弟、盍一諦觀為吾教總宣道使及大司祭之耶穌乎！

Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest.

Holy brothers and sisters, God chose you to be his people. So keep thinking about Jesus. We embrace him as our apostle and our high priest.

And so, dear brothers and sisters who belong to God and are partners with those called to heaven, think carefully about this Jesus whom we declare to be God’s messenger and High Priest.

Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.

Therefore he had to be made like his brothers in every respect, so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,

I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

For it was indeed fitting that we should have such a high priest, holy, innocent, unstained, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens.

and since we have a great priest over the house of God,

There is one body and one Spirit— just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call—

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called,

For I tell you that Christ became a servant to the circumcised to show God’s truthfulness, in order to confirm the promises given to the patriarchs,

For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.

Now, therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider your ways.

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.

Jesus said to them again,“ Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”

Now the point in what we are saying is this: we have such a high priest, one who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,a minister in the holy places, in the true tent that the Lord set up, not man.For every high priest is appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices; thus it is necessary for this priest also to have something to offer.

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree,

Our hope for you is unshaken, for we know that as you share in our sufferings, you will also share in our comfort.

Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread.

that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.

But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things that have come, then through the greater and more perfect tent( not made with hands, that is, not of this creation)

This mystery is that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

including you who are called to belong to Jesus Christ,To all those in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence,by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge,and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness,and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins.Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall.
