後末期至、基督既廢諸執政者、秉權者、有勢者、則以國交天主、基督必操權、待置諸敵於其足下、

曰、我已沐之以膏、立之為王在我聖郇山、

我所言來世、天主未嘗使之服於天使、

超諸執政者、操權者、有能者、主治者、及凡有名者之上、不獨在今世、亦在來世也、且以萬物服於其足下、使其於教會為一切之首、
