這樣，孩子們既有分於血與肉，他自己也同樣與分於血與肉，這是要讓他藉着死叫那掌有死權的——就是魔鬼——無能為力，

子乃血氣之屬、主亦血氣之屬、欲以其死使魔鬼無權、不得逞其力以傷人、

眾子既有血肉之身、彼亦有血肉之身、致可以死而滅秉死之權者、即魔也、

眾子既具血肉之體、聖子亦曾具血肉之體；其所以然者、乃欲通過死亡之關以滅彼掌握死權之沙殫、

Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death— that is, the devil—

Those children have bodies made out of flesh and blood. So Jesus became human like them in order to die for them. By doing this, he could break the power of the devil. The devil is the one who rules over the kingdom of death.

Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil,

Because God’s children are human beings— made of flesh and blood— the Son also became flesh and blood. For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death.

如今藉着我們的救主基督耶穌之顯現為人所顯明出來的。他把死廢掉，又藉着福音將生命與「不朽」彰顯出來。

律法因肉體而軟弱、所不能成的、上帝倒成了：他差了他自己的兒子，用有罪的肉體之樣式、為除罪的緣故、在肉體中定了罪的罪案，

道成了肉身，住在我們中間（我們見過他的榮光，正是個獨生者由父而來的榮光），豐豐滿滿地有恩典有「真實」。（

我必贖救他們脫離陰間的權勢；我必贖回他們脫離死亡。死亡啊，你的災害在哪裏？陰間哪，你的毁滅在哪裏？我看不到須改變心意呀。

他既解除了「各執政的」「各掌權的」的權勢，便把他們公然示眾，仗着十字架而得勝，帶領他們做俘虜於凱旋的行列中。

弟兄們，這一點我要說：肉與血不能承受上帝的國，朽壞也不能承受不朽壞。

這能死的既穿上了不死，那時經上所記：『死被吞滅在勝利中』的話便應驗了。死啊！你的勝利在哪裏？死啊！你的毒刺在哪裏？死的毒刺就是罪，罪的勢力就是律法。願感謝歸於上帝，他藉着我們的主耶穌基督、常把勝利賜給我們。

如今是這世界受審判的時候了；如今這世界的執政者將要被趕出了。至於我呢、我若從地上被舉起，就必吸引萬人來歸我。』（耶穌這話是指明自己將要由甚麼樣的死而死來說的。）

他已吞滅死亡到永遠；主永恆主必擦去萬人臉上的眼淚，又從全地上除掉他人民的羞辱；因為這是永恆主說的。

犯罪的乃是出於魔鬼，因為魔鬼從起初就犯罪。上帝的兒子顯現出來，就是要毁滅魔鬼的作為。凡由上帝而生的不犯罪，因為上帝的種長存在他裏面：他不能犯罪，因為他是由上帝而生的。凡不行義的、不是出於上帝；不愛兄的、也不出於上帝：在這一點、上帝的兒女和魔鬼的兒女就顯出來了。

永活的；我曾經死，如今你看，我是永遠活着、世世無窮的；我並且執有死亡和陰間的鑰匙。

故此基督做了一個新的約的中保，蒙召的人就可以得到所應許的永世基業；因為已經有了受死的事、來贖赦前約之下犯法的罪了。

因為他自己既受了被試誘之苦，就能援助被試誘的人。

故此我必將許多人分給他做業分，他必分得強盛的為擄掠物，因為他將自己傾倒至死；他被數算跟罪犯同列，卻是他擔當了許多人的罪，又為罪犯們代求。

因為我們的大祭司並不是一位不能同情於我們的種種軟弱的，乃是一位在各方面同樣受過試誘、卻沒有罪的。

趕期滿的時候一來到，上帝就差遣出他的兒子、由婦人而生，生於律法之下，

他捉住了那龍、那古蛇、就是魔鬼、撒但，把他捆綁了一千年，

於是大龍被摔下：大龍就是古蛇，叫魔鬼又叫撒但的，就是那迷惑普天下的。他被摔在地上，他的使者也同他被摔下。

我要使你和女人之間有仇恨，你的後裔和她的後裔之間也必有仇恨；她必重傷你的頭，你必重傷她的腳跟。』

因此主自己必給你們一個兆頭：看吧，必有少婦要懷孕，生個兒子；她必給他起名叫「以馬內利」。

為了這目的、基督死了，又活過來了，為的是、不但可以做活人的主，也可以做死人的主。

別怕你所要受的苦了。看吧，魔鬼將要把你們中間幾個人丟在監裏，叫你們被試驗；你們就有苦難十日。你要忠信至死，我就將生命的華冠賜給你。

大家公認地、大哉、敬虔之事的奧祕！他顯現於肉身裏，他被斷為得勝於靈裏，他現給天使們看見，他被宣傳於外國中，被信奉於遍世界，被接上於榮耀中。

反而將自己傾倒出來，取了奴僕的形質，成為人的樣式。既在形態上現為人的樣子，就卑抑了自己，成為聽從的、以至於死，並且是十字架上的死！

我實實在在地告訴你們，一粒麥子若不落在地裏死了，它仍舊是單單一粒；若是死了，就結出許多果實來。

那時王也必對那在左邊的說：「被咒詛的人哪，離開我，去進入那給魔鬼和他的使者所豫備的永世之火裏去。
