夫眾子既屬血氣、彼亦同之、致得由死而滅秉死之權者、即魔也、

子乃血氣之屬、主亦血氣之屬、欲以其死使魔鬼無權、不得逞其力以傷人、

眾子既有血肉之身、彼亦有血肉之身、致可以死而滅秉死之權者、即魔也、

眾子既具血肉之體、聖子亦曾具血肉之體；其所以然者、乃欲通過死亡之關以滅彼掌握死權之沙殫、

Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death— that is, the devil—

Those children have bodies made out of flesh and blood. So Jesus became human like them in order to die for them. By doing this, he could break the power of the devil. The devil is the one who rules over the kingdom of death.

Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil,

而現在，藉著我們的救主基督耶穌的顯現，已經表明出來；基督一方面廢除了死亡，另一方面藉著福音彰顯了生命和不朽。

因肉體軟弱的緣故，律法所做不到的，神卻做到了——神派遣了自己的兒子成為罪的肉身樣式，並且為了贖罪，用肉身判決了罪，

道成了肉身，居住在我們中間。我們看到了他的榮耀，正是從父而來的獨生子的榮耀，充滿了恩典和真理。

神既然剝奪了那些統治者和掌權者的權勢，就公開羞辱他們；藉著基督向他們誇勝了。

弟兄們，我要說這一點：血肉之體不能繼承神的國，衰朽的也不能繼承不朽的。

一旦這會朽壞的穿上那不朽壞的，這會死的穿上那不死的，經上所記的話就會應驗了：「死亡被勝利吞滅了！」「死亡啊！你的勝利在哪裡？死亡啊！你的毒刺在哪裡？」死亡的毒刺就是罪，而罪的權勢就是律法。但感謝神，他藉著我們的主耶穌基督，賜給我們勝利！

現在，是這世界受審判的時候了；現在，世界的那掌權者要被趕出去了。至於我，當我從地上被舉起來的時候，就會吸引所有的人歸向我。」耶穌說這話是指自己將要怎樣死。

他必吞滅死亡，直到永遠；主耶和華必抹去各人臉上的眼淚，從全地除掉他子民的羞辱。這是耶和華說的。

繼續犯罪的人屬於魔鬼，因為魔鬼從起初就一直犯罪。為此，神的兒子顯現了，是為了廢除魔鬼的作為。凡是由神所生的，不繼續犯罪，因為神的種子住在他裡面；他也不能繼續犯罪，因為他是由神所生的。從這一點，誰是神的兒女，誰是魔鬼的兒女就清清楚楚了。凡是不行公義的，就不屬於神；不愛自己弟兄的，也不屬於神。

是那永生的。我曾經死過，可是看哪，我現在活著，直到永永遠遠，並且拿著死亡和陰間的鑰匙。

為此，基督做了新約的中保，藉著死贖清了人在第一個約之下的過犯，好使那些蒙召的人可以得到所應許的永恆繼業。

既然他自己在被試探的時候受了苦，他就能幫助那些受試探的人。

因此，我必使他在偉人中分得一份，他必與強者同分戰利品，因為他澆奠了自己的性命，以至於死。他被列在罪人當中，卻擔當了眾人的罪，又為罪人代求。」

因為我們的大祭司不是不能同情我們的種種軟弱，而是在各方面照著與我們相同的樣式受過試探，只是沒有犯罪。

但是等到時候一滿足，神就派遣他的兒子，由女人所生，生在律法之下，

他抓住了龍——那古蛇，就是魔鬼撒旦，把牠捆綁了一千年。

於是那巨龍被摔了下來。牠就是那古蛇，被稱為魔鬼和撒旦，那迷惑普天下的。牠被摔在地上，牠的使者們也與牠一起被摔了下來。

我要把仇恨放在你和女人之間，放在你的後裔和女人的後裔之間；女人的後裔要重創你的頭，而你要重創他的腳跟。」

因此主要親自給你們一個徵兆：看哪！必有童貞女懷孕，她要生一個兒子，並稱他的名為以馬內利。

正是為此，基督死了，而且復活了，要做死人和活人的主。

你不要怕將要受的苦。看哪，魔鬼要把你們當中一些人投進監獄，使你們受考驗；你們將受十天的患難。你應當至死忠心，我就把生命的冠冕賜給你。

正如大家所承認的，敬神的奧祕是極大的：神以肉身顯現，被聖靈證實，被天使觀看，被傳於萬邦，被世人信仰，被接在榮耀裡。

反而倒空自己，取了奴僕的形像，成為人的樣式，以人的形態出現，降卑自己，順從至死，甚至死在十字架上！

我確確實實地告訴你們：一粒麥子如果不落在地裡死去，它仍然是一粒；如果死了，就結出很多子粒來。

那時王要對在左邊的人說：『你們這些被詛咒的人！離開我！進到那已經為魔鬼和他的使者們所預備好的永遠的火裡去！
