蓋萬物所本所歸者、欲引眾子得榮、使救之之君、以苦難而完全、宜也、

夫萬物本之歸之之上帝、欲令眾子享其榮、緣救世之君受難、以為完人、

萬物所本、萬物所歸者、欲引多子得榮、遂使救之之君、受苦難而得純全、宜也、

夫天主乃萬物之所歸、萬物之所始也；既欲藉其聖子、以登其眾子於光榮之域、則其以憂戚苦難磨練眾子之救主、以玉之於成、不亦宜乎？

In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered.

God has made everything. He is now bringing his many sons and daughters to share in his glory. It is only right that Jesus is the one to lead them into their salvation. That’s because God made him perfect by his sufferings.

For it was fitting that he, for whom and by whom all things exist, in bringing many sons to glory, should make the founder of their salvation perfect through suffering.

God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation.

For in bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was entirely appropriate that God— for whom and through whom all things exist— should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.

But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.

For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered.And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,

Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

As He says also in Hosea:“ I will call them My people, who were not My people, And her beloved, who was not beloved.”“ And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them,‘ You are not My people,’ There they shall be called sons of the living God.”

And He said to them,“ Go, tell that fox,‘ Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.’

For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever.

to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,

For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

“ Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, good will toward men!”

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,

Indeed I have given him as a witness to the people, A leader and commander for the people.

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,

So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said,“ It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

“ You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”

yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.

For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His gracewhich He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,

and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.

This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise.

The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed:

“ I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.”

Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out,“ Abba, Father.”The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,and if children, then heirs— heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory,

and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory,

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

The one who breaks open will come up before them; They will break out, Pass through the gate, And go out by it; Their king will pass before them, With the Lord at their head.”

Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?”

The Lord has made all for Himself, Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom.

To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven— things which angels desire to look into.

Yes, though they have hired among the nations, Now I will gather them; And they shall sorrow a little, Because of the burden of the king of princes.

whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
