西奈全山冒烟，因为耶和华在火中降于山上。山的烟气上腾，如烧窑一般，遍山大大地震动。

我万军之耶和华在忿恨中发烈怒的日子，必使天震动，使地摇撼，离其本位。

万军之耶和华如此说：“过不多时，我必再一次震动天地、沧海，与旱地。我必震动万国；万国的珍宝必都运来，我就使这殿满了荣耀。这是万军之耶和华说的。”

这再一次的话，是指明被震动的，就是受造之物都要挪去，使那不被震动的常存。

我必倾覆列国的宝座，除灭列邦的势力，并倾覆战车和坐在其上的。马必跌倒，骑马的败落，各人被弟兄的刀所杀。

山岭见你，无不战惧；大水泛滥过去，深渊发声，汹涌翻腾。

“耶和华必从锡安吼叫，从耶路撒冷发声，天地就震动。耶和华却要作他百姓的避难所，作以色列人的保障。

耶和华兴起，使地大震动的时候，人就进入石洞，进入土穴，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。

大山哪，你为何踊跃，如公羊？小山哪，你为何跳舞，如羊羔？大地啊，你因见主的面，就是雅各神的面，便要震动。
