「『萬軍之耶和華說，不久，我要再次震動天、地、海洋和旱地。萬軍之耶和華說，我要震動萬國，萬國的珍寶都要送到這殿，我要使這殿充滿榮耀。

「再一次」這句話是指上帝要挪去可以被震動的受造之物，使不能被震動的可以長存。

推翻君王的寶座，消滅列國的勢力，掀翻他們的戰車和駕車的人，使戰馬跌倒、騎士自相殘殺。

群山看見你就戰慄，大雨傾盆，深淵翻騰，波浪滔天。

耶和華從錫安發出怒吼，從耶路撒冷發出雷聲，天地為之震動。但耶和華卻是祂子民的避難所，是以色列人的堡壘。

耶和華使大地震動的時候，眾人躲進岩穴，藏入地洞，逃避祂的憤怒和威榮。

大山啊，你為何如公羊一般跳躍？小山啊，你為何像羊羔一樣蹦跳？大地啊，你要在主面前，在雅各的上帝面前戰抖，
