You have come to the church of God’s people. God’s first and only Son is over all things. God’s people share in what belongs to his Son. Their names are written in heaven. You have come to God, who is the Judge of all people. You have come to the spirits of godly people who have been made perfect.

Rise up, O Judge of the earth; Render punishment to the proud.

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,

Then you shall say to Pharaoh,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ Israel is My son, My firstborn.

God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.

Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.

Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?”

For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end,that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

which is manifest evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer;since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you,and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,

And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,

By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks.

before the Lord. For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with His truth.

And I said to him,“ Sir, you know.” So he said to me,“ These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.

before the Lord, For He is coming to judge the earth. With righteousness He shall judge the world, And the peoples with equity.

“ When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.Then the King will say to those on His right hand,‘ Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.

For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell.For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.

Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.

giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

Yet now, if You will forgive their sin— but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written.”

Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you.Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.Brethren, join in following my example, and note those who so walk, as you have us for a pattern.For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame— who set their mind on earthly things.For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.

who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously;

( for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?);

God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, And to be held in reverence by all those around Him.

But he shall acknowledge the son of the unloved wife as the firstborn by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

Also I will make him My firstborn, The highest of the kings of the earth.

And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.

We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

Praise the Lord! I will praise the Lord with my whole heart, In the assembly of the upright and in the congregation.

Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.

“ Gather My saints together to Me, Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.”Let the heavens declare His righteousness, For God Himself is Judge. Selah

And I urge you also, true companion, help these women who labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the Book of Life.

Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, And not be written with the righteous.

I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of His body, which is the church,

“ Consecrate to Me all the firstborn, whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and beast; it is Mine.”

So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written:“ Death is swallowed up in victory.”

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.

Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, And the spirit will return to God who gave it.

They shall come with weeping, And with supplications I will lead them. I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters, In a straight way in which they shall not stumble; For I am a Father to Israel, And Ephraim is My firstborn.
