當時，顯出的景象是那麼可怕，連摩西也說：“我非常恐懼戰兢。”

那景象實在可怕，連摩西也說：「我非常害怕戰兢。」

且所見者可畏之甚、致摩西云、我悚懼戰慄、

所見可畏、摩西曰、吾恐懼戰慄、

且所見者、可畏之甚、致摩西云、我恐懼戰慄、

摩西亦曰：『吾不勝恐懼戰慄。』其所見之可怖、可想而知矣。

The sight was so terrifying that Moses said,“ I am trembling with fear.”

On the third day in the morning there was thunder and lightning and a dense cloud on the mountain, and the sound of a very loud horn; all the people who were in the camp trembled.

When the sound of the horn grew louder and louder, Moses was speaking and God was answering him with a voice.

My body trembles because I fear you; I am afraid of your judgments.ע( Ayin)

How, sir, am I able to speak with you? My strength is gone, and I am breathless.”

For I was terrified at the LORD’s intense anger that threatened to destroy you. But he listened to me this time as well.

They called out to one another,“ Holy, holy, holy is the Lord who commands armies! His majestic splendor fills the entire earth!”The sound of their voices shook the door frames, and the temple was filled with smoke.I said,“ Too bad for me! I am destroyed, for my lips are contaminated by sin, and I live among people whose lips are contaminated by sin. My eyes have seen the king, the LORD who commands armies.”

I alone was left to see this great vision. My strength drained from me, and my vigor disappeared; I was without energy.

When I saw him I fell down at his feet as though I were dead, but he placed his right hand on me and said:“ Do not be afraid! I am the first and the last,
