Every priest indeed stands day by day serving and often offering the same sacrifices which can never take away sins,

蓋牛羊之血、不能除罪、

凡由人間所選之大祭司、乃為人而立以司上帝之事、俾其為罪獻祭與禮、

更告之曰、所當日獻耶和華之火祭、即一歲之牡羔二、純全無疵、恆為燔祭、

夫律既為將來佳事之影、非其真形、故不能以歷年恆獻之祭、使近之者完全、

立意募兵、污聖所保障、去日獻之祭、置殘賊可惡之物於其中、

我不因爾祭品而加責、爾之燔祭、恆在我前兮、不取牡牛於爾家、不取山羊於爾牢兮、叢林百獸、千山羣畜、悉屬我兮、山嶽之禽、皆我所知、原野之獸、為我所有兮、我若飢、不告爾、世界與充其中者、咸屬我兮、我豈食牡牛之肉、飲山羊之血乎、

耶和華曰、爾獻祭品眾多、與我何與、牡羊之燔祭、肥畜之脂膏、我已厭之、犢血羔血、與牡山羊之血、我不悅之、

宜日獻於壇者、即一歲之羔二、晨獻其一、暮獻其一、

此乃斯土之聖地、必歸於供役聖所、近前奉事耶和華之祭司、以為第宅及聖所之聖地、

恆獻之燔祭、及灌祭而外、宜循此例、七日中、每日獻火祭之食、以為馨香、奉於耶和華、

非若彼大祭司每日獻祭、先為己罪、後為民罪、蓋一獻己而已足矣、

循祭司例掣籤、入主殿焚香、焚香時、眾民在外祈禱、

自去日獻之祭、置殘賊可惡之物時、必歷一千二百九十日、

彼與多人將立堅約、歷至七日、一七之間、使祭祀與祭品俱息、殘賊者藉可憎之翼而來、且有忿怒、傾於行毀滅者、至於所定之末期、

祈禱之際、獻晚祭時、我前於異象中、所見之加百列、疾飛詣我、

此在月朔之燔祭素祭、與恆獻之燔祭素祭、及循例之灌祭之外、以為馨香之火祭、奉於耶和華、○

彼乃自大、而敵天象之君、去其日獻之祭、傾其聖所、
