Now the Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We saw his glory– the glory of the one and only, full of grace and truth, who came from the Father.

Because Jesus knew that the Father had handed all things over to him, and that he had come from God and was going back to God,

He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was manifested in these last times for your sake.

for all things in heaven and on earth were created by him– all things, whether visible or invisible, whether thrones or dominions, whether principalities or powers– all things were created through him and for him.He himself is before all things and all things are held together in him.He is the head of the body, the church, as well as the beginning, the firstborn from among the dead, so that he himself may become first in all things.

While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said,“ This is my one dear Son, in whom I take great delight. Listen to him!”

As a result God exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name,so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow– in heaven and on earth and under the earth–and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

But Jesus was silent. The high priest said to him,“ I charge you under oath by the living God, tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God.”

For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ.No one has ever seen God. The only one, himself God, who is in closest fellowship with the Father, has made God known.

By faith we understand that the worlds were set in order at God’s command, so that the visible has its origin in the invisible.

But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves,‘ This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him and get his inheritance!’

And if children, then heirs( namely, heirs of God and also fellow heirs with Christ)– if indeed we suffer with him so we may also be glorified with him.

This is what the LORD, your protector, says, the one who formed you in the womb:“ I am the LORD, who made everything, who alone stretched out the sky, who fashioned the earth all by myself,

how will we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was first communicated through the Lord and was confirmed to us by those who heard him,

In the future the mountain of the LORD’s temple will endure as the most important of mountains, and will be the most prominent of hills. All the nations will stream to it,

Although he was a son, he learned obedience through the things he suffered.

For to which of the angels did God ever say,“ You are my son! Today I have fathered you”? And in another place he says,“ I will be his father and he will be my son.”

In your distress when all these things happen to you in the latter days, if you return to the LORD your God and obey him

Though the LORD desired to crush him and make him ill, once restitution is made, he will see descendants and enjoy long life, and the LORD’s purpose will be accomplished through him.Having suffered, he will reflect on his work, he will be satisfied when he understands what he has done.“ My servant will acquit many, for he carried their sins.So I will assign him a portion with the multitudes, he will divide the spoils of victory with the powerful, because he willingly submitted to death and was numbered with the rebels, when he lifted up the sin of many and intervened on behalf of the rebels.”

Without father, without mother, without genealogy, he has neither beginning of days nor end of life but is like the son of God, and he remains a priest for all time.

and to enlighten everyone about God’s secret plan– a secret that has been hidden for ages in God who has created all things.

toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ– the things in heaven and the things on earth.

You know the message he sent to the people of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ( he is Lord of all)–

The LORD created me as the beginning of his works, before his deeds of long ago.From eternity I was appointed, from the beginning, from before the world existed.When there were no deep oceans I was born, when there were no springs overflowing with water;before the mountains were set in place– before the hills– I was born,before he made the earth and its fields, or the beginning of the dust of the world.When he established the heavens, I was there; when he marked out the horizon over the face of the deep,when he established the clouds above, when the fountains of the deep grew strong,when he gave the sea his decree that the waters should not pass over his command, when he marked out the foundations of the earth,then I was beside him as a master craftsman, and I was his delight day by day, rejoicing before him at all times,rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth, and delighting in its people.

The anger of the LORD will not turn back until he has fully carried out his intended purposes. In days to come you will come to understand this.

In the future the LORD’s Temple Mount will be the most important mountain of all; it will be more prominent than other hills. People will stream to it.

The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you– from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to him.

For they said to you,“ In the end time there will come scoffers, propelled by their own ungodly desires.”

For I know that after I die you will totally corrupt yourselves and turn away from the path I have commanded you to walk. Disaster will confront you in the days to come because you will act wickedly before the LORD, inciting him to anger because of your actions.”

For this is what the LORD says, the one who created the sky– he is the true God, the one who formed the earth and made it; he established it, he did not create it without order, he formed it to be inhabited–“ I am the LORD, I have no peer.

I no longer call you slaves, because the slave does not understand what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, because I have revealed to you everything I heard from my Father.

He had one left, his one dear son. Finally he sent him to them, saying,‘ They will respect my son.’

But when the appropriate time had come, God sent out his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

Now I have come to help you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision pertains to future days.”

You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud covering the earth. In the latter days I will bring you against my land so that the nations may acknowledge me, when before their eyes I magnify myself through you, O Gog.

‘ And in the last days it will be,’ God says,‘ that I will pour out my Spirit on all people, and your sons and your daughters will prophesy, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.

Everything that the Father has is mine; that is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what is mine and will tell it to you.

just as you have given him authority over all humanity, so that he may give eternal life to everyone you have given him.

For a child has been born to us, a son has been given to us. He shoulders responsibility and is called: Extraordinary Strategist, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.His dominion will be vast and he will bring immeasurable prosperity. He will rule on David’s throne and over David’s kingdom, establishing it and strengthening it by promoting justice and fairness, from this time forward and forevermore. The LORD’s intense devotion to his people will accomplish this.

who was appointed the Son- of- God- in- power according to the Holy Spirit by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Above all, understand this: In the last days blatant scoffers will come, being propelled by their own evil urges

You put all things under his control.” For when he put all things under his control, he left nothing outside of his control. At present we do not yet see all things under his control,but we see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by God’s grace he would experience death on behalf of everyone.

Jacob called for his sons and said,“ Gather together so I can tell you what will happen to you in the future.

“ I myself have installed my king on Zion, my holy hill.”The king says,“ I will announce the LORD’S decree. He said to me:‘ You are my son! This very day I have become your father!Ask me, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your personal property.You will break them with an iron scepter; you will smash them like a potter’s jar!’”

Afterward, the Israelites will turn and seek the LORD their God and their Davidic king. Then they will submit to the LORD in fear and receive his blessings in the future.

but of the Son he says,“ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom.

for then he would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by his sacrifice.

However, there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and he has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in the times to come. The dream and the visions you had while lying on your bed are as follows.

And a voice from heaven said,“ This is my one dear Son; in him I take great delight.”

Now a dispute came about between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew concerning ceremonial washing.

This power he exercised in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realmsfar above every rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.And God put all things under Christ’s feet, and he gave him to the church as head over all things.Now the church is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.The last enemy to be eliminated is death.For he has put everything in subjection under his feet. But when it says“ everything” has been put in subjection, it is clear that this does not include the one who put everything in subjection to him.

Yet in days to come I will reverse Moab’s ill fortune.” says the LORD. The judgment against Moab ends here.

I made the earth, I created the people who live on it. It was me– my hands stretched out the sky, I give orders to all the heavenly lights.

And now, I am about to go back to my own people. Come now, and I will advise you as to what this people will do to your people in the future.”
