‘ Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How does it look to you now? Doesn’t it seem to you like nothing by comparison?

‘你们中间存留的，有谁见过这殿从前的荣耀呢？现在你们看着如何？岂不在眼中看如无有吗？’”

‘你们中间存留的，有谁见过这殿从前的荣耀呢？现在你们看如何？在你们眼中岂不是如同无有吗？

‘你们中间存留的，有谁见过这殿从前的荣耀呢？现在你们看如何？在你们眼中岂不是如同无有吗？

‘你们当中有谁见过这殿昔日的荣耀呢？现在你们看这殿如何？看上去岂不是一文不值吗？

‘你们中间剩下的人，有谁见过这殿宇从前的荣耀呢？现在你们又看它怎样？岂不是视如无物一样吗？’”

你們中間存留的，有誰見過這殿從前的榮耀呢？現在你們看着如何？豈不在眼中看如無有嗎？」

『你們中間存留的，有誰見過這殿從前的榮耀呢？現在你們看如何？在你們眼中豈不是如同無有嗎？

『你們中間存留的，有誰見過這殿從前的榮耀呢？現在你們看如何？在你們眼中豈不是如同無有嗎？

『你們當中有誰見過這殿昔日的榮耀呢？現在你們看這殿如何？看上去豈不是一文不值嗎？

‘你們中間剩下的人，有誰見過這殿宇從前的榮耀呢？現在你們又看它怎樣？豈不是視如無物一樣嗎？’”

「你們中間存活着的人有誰見過這殿從前的富麗堂皇麼？現在你們看了怎樣？豈不是看為無物一樣麼？

爾中曾見此室昔時之榮者、有誰尚存、今爾視之、為何如耶、在爾目中、非若無有乎、

爾中孰有人曾睹古昔之殿、儀容華煥者乎、今見斯殿、弗古若矣。

爾中有誰存留、曾見此殿先時之華美乎、爾曹今見此殿、以為何如、豈不以為無足稱道乎、

‘ Who of you is left who saw this house in its former glory? How does it look to you now? Does it not seem to you like nothing?

‘ Did any of you who are here see how beautiful this temple used to be? How does it look to you now? It doesn’t look so good, does it?

‘ Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How do you see it now? Is it not as nothing in your eyes?

‘ Does anyone remember this house— this Temple— in its former splendor? How, in comparison, does it look to you now? It must seem like nothing at all!

‘ Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? Does it not seem to you like nothing in comparison?

‘ Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? In comparison with it, is this not in your eyes as nothing?

Who is left among you that saw this house in its former glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes as nothing?

Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How does it look to you now? Doesn’t it seem like nothing to you?

Who[ is] left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now?[ is it] not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing?

‘ Who among you survivors saw the former splendor of this temple? How does it look to you now? Isn’t it nothing by comparison?

‘ Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How do you see it now? Isn’t it in your eyes as nothing?

But many of the older priests, Levites, and family heads, who had seen the first temple, wept loudly when they saw the foundation of this temple, but many others shouted joyfully.

“ The final glory of this house will be greater than the first,” says the LORD of Armies.“ I will provide peace in this place”— this is the declaration of the LORD of Armies.

“ Zerubbabel’s hands have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will complete it. Then you will know that the LORD of Armies has sent me to you.For who despises the day of small things? These seven eyes of the LORD, which scan throughout the whole earth, will rejoice when they see the ceremonial stone in Zerubbabel’s hand.”

He appointed his beautiful ornaments for majesty, but they made their detestable images from them, their abhorrent things. Therefore, I have made these into something filthy to them.

As some were talking about the temple, how it was adorned with beautiful stones and gifts dedicated to God, he said,“ These things that you see— the days will come when not one stone will be left on another that will not be thrown down.”
